From Mr. Joe Wallace right down thru all the tech's, my job could not have gone better. All were complete professionals, very knowledgeable, neat and clean, and worked as though they were working on their own home.

Excellent response, superior service and quality. Joe was great - got our quote out to us in 2 days, the install went well, they did a great job of cleaning up and we love our new Lennox unit! Love that they offered us more than 1 option on the new unit! They even took some stones that we had under our old A/C outside platform and since they were no longer needed, placed them nicely around the new platform - it looked like it was professionally landscaped :) Terri in the office was sooooo nice to work with as she and Joe answered all our questions and Terri even told us about and helped us with processing a rebate from our electric provider!! We will use them again and will refer them to others. Friends referred them to us and when we checked them out they had great reviews!! We were not home for the install and felt completely at ease with them in our home - they are that nice!!! It's easy to see why they have been around for over 50 years - a really great company!!

They provided a competitive price from the outset, straight-forward warranty information, and good scheduling. Came out, got the unit installed successfully no problems. They are a locally (nearby) owned business that has been around for decades, and has always been dependable and fairly priced.

A week later I still haven't received the formal bid so I reach back out to Wallace. Apparently the person responsible for putting the bid together had a family emergency (fine, things happen, tried to be patient) and I ended up waiting another week to get the bid. Of course the bid arrives and it's incorrect--I asked for several jobs I was unsure I wanted to have done to be lumped in a separate total (I was, however, clear about 50% of the work would definitely be done assuming the price was reasonable). I left a message for the electrician who gave me the bid to return my call. It's been (another) week and after asking nicely I once again never got a return phone call. I've literally called at least 10 times over 4+ weeks at this point and am tired of continuing to try to reach out to these people! Frankly it's a shame from what I could tell the bid was very reasonable, but I have no faith they'd even show up at this point since after 4+ weeks of trying I still don't have the bid I originally asked for. Unless you're a general contractor I'd advise avoiding this company--I went with them as a neighbor's general contractor recommended them to me. Totally acceptable if they had politely declined my job--not every electrician works with individual homeowners and maybe to them my job was too small to be worth it--but I assume if you come out to prepare a bid you are ready and willing to do the work which this company clearly is not.

Was very efficient and removed any debris which incurred. I was extremely pleased with the service call and will definite use Wallace Electric again.

It was fine. They came out and did what they needed to do.

They are a very honest, family run business. They are very accommodating. If everyone was like Joe Wallace and his employees the contractor world would be much better. They are good people. I recommend highly them.
