Great customer service and great attention to detail with cleaning service provided!

All went smooth. Tony started explaining what he would be doing and what we needed to do after he was finished. Tarps and plastic corner protectors were put throughout the house before the equipment came in. After all was done, Tony mentioned the extra dust that had collected op the carpet around the vents, and perhaps we should consider duct cleaning. We let the carpet dry for 3 days and went back to inspect. Low-traffic areas look brand new, while high-traffic areas are vastly improved. Some stains did not come out, but we knew that was a risk going in. Couches look so much better. All in all, the carpet has at least another 5 years and we are happy. We plan for Tony to clean the carpets in our current house before putting it up for sale, and have Tony perform the duct cleaning in the new house.

They did a great job. There were a few stains where my dog had some accidents. When they were thru you couldn't tell there was a stain at all. I couldn't be more pleased. I would highly recommend this company if you need carpets and floors cleaned in your home or business.

I'm still amazed by the fact they consistently do great work. They are meticulous and when they've gone you can't even tell that they were there. They know their products and they're very meticulous about how they use their products. Their communication is great and they're always timely. I've referred them to several people and everyone loves them and their work.

The chemical injections left large dark stains throughout the house (main floor). However, the carpet is old and needs to be replaced, but the injections only made matters worse. Contantino's promptly returned upon notification to fix the problem... they tried.

Found them via an online quote request. They called me back immediately and had the best price. I was concerned about having out carpet cleaned to maintain our warranty. They did a quick, great job, and even came on a Saturday morning to accomodate out schedule. I would definately recommend them and would use them again.
