Our cabinets look amazing. James is such a professional. He really cares about all the detail and took his time with our cabinets. James rebuilt a cabinet above our refrigerator that we are now able to use again. He also redid the base of the cabinet under the sink that was damaged by water! We would absolutely hire James again!

Jim was very professional and prompt. His work was exceptional. We love our cabinets. I would highly reccommend!

Jim Reilly of Reilly's Cabinet Refacing does exceptional, professional work. I was so glad I found this gem. My kitchen is gorgeous! He is very meticulous and responsive through the whole process. He explains the process clearly from beginning to end. A wonderful work ethic, cleaning up everyday after work is performed. He uses quality products. My drawers and cupboards have the soft-close feature. It is superior workmanship. I am a happy camper.

From start to finish, everything went exactly as planned. James brought samples to our home and guided us through what the process would be. He was punctual and right on schedule. Every day he cleaned all the areas where he was working and there was never a day of down time when we could not use the kitchen. We have a beautiful updated kitchen with at least one third of the cost of new cabinets.

Reilly's Cabinet Re-facing transformed our 1980's green countertop and cherry cabinets into a modern, clean kitchen that we love. Jim was very easy to work with and had great ideas. in addition to re-facing our cabinets and replacing all of the doors and drawers, he re-positioned our island and changed our old kitchen desk into a beautiful beverage bar. With a big family our kitchen functions so much better. Jim educated us on the best woods to use in a kitchen for our new doors and drawers. He cleaned up each day and got the job done on time. Jim Reilly is a joy, and a professional one at that. He loves his work and it shows in the details. No corners cut on the work, and meticulous is his middle name. Jim showed up when he said he would, answered emails and phone calls promptly, cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the day. Oh, he brought several doors and samples beforehand and was willing to bring more if we so desired. He also was willing to work with us on counters, but we decided to just do the cabinets for now. So - we cannot say enough good about Reilly's Cabinet Re-facing, and that's that.

James is highly professional and performs extraordinary work. We are very pleased with the quality of his work and attention to detail. He provided us with a detailed estimate and a clear understanding of when the work would be performed. The only downside is that he is in high demand and we had to wait a few months for the work to be done.

Jim just finished our cabinet re-facing and all I can say is WOW. It has exceeded our expectations. We went from 1990’s golden oak cabinets to tell-tale walnut hickory cabinets. Jim came and talked with us about the process and how long it would take. He had a whole truck full of samples of doors to look at and went through the process of explaining the difference in the samples he had. The cabinets are beautiful and it really makes it seems like all of them were replaced. He leaves the work area clean so you can cook and do things after he is done for the day. Jim is very detail oriented and made sure everything was up to his standards and really made sure every single thing was perfect before he finished the job. His work ethic is above and beyond anything else that I have seen. I would not hesitate to have him come back and do more work for us. I would recommend Jim to anyone interested in re-facing. He is not a high pressure salesman and really listens and works within your budget.

I called twice and left messages to get a quote, but received no return phone call initially. He called me a few days after submitting a negative review. He is very busy, and has more work than he can keep up with, but the quality of his work is excellent. We are signing up with him to do our cabinets, and were very impressed with his professionalism in manner as well as the products.

Originally we were contemplating re-facing the kitchen cabinets but were talked out of it by one of the kitchen contractors who said that it would cost as much to just get new cabinets. (Not true) Ultimately, we liked the shape of the kitchen and the way the cabinets worked, we just did not like the look of the cabinets. They were getting shabby and the color was rather tired. On Angie's List, we saw Reilly's Cabinet Re-facing and gave him a call. He provided an estimate and discussed functionality of what was existing and what he could build. Jim understood the vision we had and executed it beautifully. Because he did the cabinet-making on-site for a perfect fit, the job took just over 2 weeks. He even arranged for a countertop company to do our counters and returned to remove the old countertop and was there for the installation of the new countertop. Jim takes great pride in his work and is committed to doing things right the first time. He was a pleasure to work with and really understood what we wanted. The kitchen looks so much better! The kitchen project that Jim O'Reilly worked on went smoothly and efficiently. The project was scheduled on time as he promised. He worked neatly and explained each step along the way. I feel that Jim is trustworthy and works with accuracy and enthusiasm. The kitchen looks like a brand new kitchen. I am well pleased and would highly recommend him to others

All I can say is that in all the years of working with contractors and the like working with Jim was the best experience ever. He is extremely detail orientated, cleans up after every job (always cleaner than when he started). He is punctual and actually shows up when agreed both from the initial appointment to the very last day of completion. We had a tight budget to work on and he was more than accommodating including different counter tops than what he had proposed to help reduce the costs. The Big Box stores basically laughed us out of their stores with what we wanted to spend but I guarantee you, we have a much better kitchen than they could have ever provided for about half the cost! For the cabinets that were not worth refacing, Jim actually built custom cabinets and then laminated those. The quality was outstanding. I really can't say enough about his overall work including his work ethic, honesty, reliability and attention to detail. I would not hesitate to recommend Jim and would be more than happy to share our album on the renovations if you would like to see his work. Five star all the way round!!!

Our built-in entertainment unit was 20 some years old. Measuring 12 ft long in total, it was custom built as a laminated unit to fit the wall space of our room addition. The doors were rather plain and the hinges were starting to fail. The space for the TV could not accommodate anything larger than 32 inch diagonal, and we wanted one of the newer large screen (55 or 60" LCD TVs). We contacted several firms but no one was willing to 'rebuild' the units. We then designed all new units but got prices from $7,000 to $ 12,000. Plus demoing the existing unit meant removal of a granite counter top pass-through which contractors were not willing to guarantee against breakage which while understandable, may have added the cost of new granite to the price. Jim Reilly said he could add all new doors, new laminate, plus rebuild the 6 ft section holding the TV so it would accommodate a 60 inch unit. Being an engineer and pseudo-handyman, I was skeptical about how this could be done. But since his price to rebuild was significantly less than all new, plus rebuilding process would not have to remove the granite, so we decided to chance it. The results are FABULOUS! His workmanship was meticulous and the finished product looks better than new. We were able to work collaborative during the installation which enabled me to run the power and cable behind the unit as it was being rebuilt. The new doors are beautiful, even adding glass doors for an extra rich look. Jim added matching molding on top and all his door closures are of the 'soft-close' type. The work took a little longer than he first figured but that is a tribute to his thoroughness. He took the time to do everything perfectly whereas someone else may have tried to cut corners to finish. We could not be happier with our decision and hearty recommend Jim Reilly for any type of cabinet work!

Mr. Jim Reilly came to my home to give me an estimate on refacing my kitchen cabinets. I called him Thursday evening and he was able to fit me in by the following Monday. He called me that day to even tell me what time he would arrive. He was very friendly and professional. This man spent three hours with me explaining the process of refacing, measuring my kitchen and catching mistakes I had made when I measured it myself, and explaining how he would maximize the use the space I had. He showed me cabinet samples, but said just to pick on to get an estimate because he had a book that we could look through later. He then went over stain colors. I also wanted more cabinets installed and he can do that by ordering cabinet boxes from a second party and then matching the doors and filling in the spaces with matching veneer. He was extremely personable and helpful, gracious, and generous with his time. I highly recommend this young man to anyone who wants their cabinets refaced instead of getting all new cabinets.

I would like to say how pleased we are the workmanship of James Reilly. James demonstrated a professional and polite attitude and completed the work in a timely manner. He was understanding about what we wanted and took a great deal of time working with us. James also explained the entire process and he was very meticulous about his work. He also took great care with cleaning up each day, so that we could still have use of the kitchen while the work was going on. Words cannot even begin to describe the work Jim Reilly completed for my home. My husband and I purchased our 1980s fabulous home this year. While we loved the structure of the home, we knew we wanted our kitchen remodeled IMMEDIATELY. I called Jim, and he answered within the week. He took our outdated, oak cabinets, and turn the kitchen into a beautiful sanctuary for a cook/baker such as myself. Our cabinets are rich looking, attractive, and absolutely beautiful. He is truly a dedicated professional, who explained each step of the refacing process to us. Additionally, the kitchen was cleaned every day, leaving little or no dust, particles behind. There was hardly any odor, if any, left in the home. I appreciate Jim's work because it was truly customized. He was not trying to selling us something we didn't want like many of the big boxed stores, and he is very fair in pricing. Jim is truly an artist! We will definitely seek his expertise when we complete our bathrooms!

After getting several bids, including big box retailers, we selected Jim Reilly based on professionalism, responsiveness, pricing, and deep knowledge of cabinet construction and design. We initially inquired about our kitchen and in the process showed him our bathroom--which was a more challenging design due to tub construction. Jim immediately offered creative solutions and we hired him just for the bathroom. We were so pleased we immediately signed the contract for the kitchen. He refaced our entire kitchen (40 doors/drawers) including the island--which he creatively redesigned with panels and trim work. We went from honey oak to mocha glazed white and the transformation was amazing. In the bathroom we went from honey oak to dark mocha. Jim is meticulous and takes his time to make sure everything is done perfectly. He is timely and cleans his work areas at the end of each day. We highly recommend his work.

My husband and I had our master bath remodeled and ended up using some high-end materials and fixtures. We had a granite countertop installed, but planned to keep the cabinet since it was fairly new and in great condition. However, after the remodel was completed we weren't satisfied with the look of the cabinet. We spent about 6 months talking to various contractors and painters trying to decide what to do with it. We decided our best option was to re-face. We contacted several cabinet companies, including the big box stores. Our job was either too small or didn't make the cut on minimum price(which was ridiculous for the small job) We were very frustrated. We found James Reilly's website and called him figuring it would be the same old answer. What a surprise! He said no job was too small! He came to our home the very next week and brought many many samples of cabinet styles, materials, and colors for us to look at. He was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. No high pressure sales at any time. We were so excited when we found out that we could have our cabinet refaced with cherry wood and actually stay within our budget! We couldn't believe it! So reasonable. Jim set up a date to do the work within the next couple weeks after all materials were in. He pretty much completed the job in one full day and the next morning for finishing touches. His work was meticulous. He was very neat about his work area and covered and protected our floors and carpets. We were thrilled with the finished product! It is just beautiful and compliments the other high end décor in the bathroom without us having to spend a lot more money. I can't say enough about our experience with Jim Reilly. He was very professional at all time; all contracts were specific so you were sure of what you were getting; he got back to us so quickly when we needed to contact him; he was always on time and if he was running behind he called to let us know. We highly recommend this company.
