After numerous phone calls and excuses they finally rebuilt the wall. It still looks straight after a year or so. A tree was removed in the process. I felt they could have least offered to plant a tree somewhere else on our property to compensate for the lost tree.

Got an estimate 4/12/2013 and signed and gave a deposit on 4/26/2013 for over 5000 worth of work. I asked them to start grass cutting also on this day and did so. Quoted me between 45 and 50 and came in at $48. The only thing they fail to tell you is that they try to charge $144 for the first cut and just stick it on your bill. I gave them a $2700 check for over half of the landscaping work they needed to do and the middle of June I still had no work completed until I went to their office and took back my deposit. ll of a sudden they had time to do my work 3 days later. Well only half of the work. The work they did was fair by comparioson of what I have seen have done by my neighbors. Had grass put down and so many patches I have to go and get more seed to do it right. Teh whole side of my driveway they reseeded washed out and was graded incorrectly to the water flow. They moved a lamppost for me and it now doenst work. TO top it off its the middle of July and they still never completed the other 2500 worth of work that needed done and have no time insight schduled for it to be completed. So I pretty much have given up at this point. They also forgot to cut my grass the last 2 weeks and the first time I called and they apologized and this time they didnt even return my call so I am done with them. I have heard so many things about their company now about stiff like this it amzaes me they are still in business all these years. I will be telling everyone I know in Cranberry and surrounding not to use them for anything. After all this I learned they were removed as the HOA lawn service years ago in my community and they still owe the neighborhood money. My luck, I should have asked around more before I decided on them to do work. My suggesttion go somewhere else and spend your money the evidently dont need it.

The design was great but quality of trees and bushes was poor and many of them died within a year. One bush died within the first month and they refused to replace it at first. It took them a year to replace that particular bush and that was after repeated contacts by me. When other bushed died, I refused to call them again because they were such a hastle dealing with so I just decided to go with another landscaper to replace the trees. I cannot give them a good review because they rate very poorly with customer satisfaction. Go with someone that gaurantees their plants for a year! --They certainly don't adhere to that policy even though they have a sign in their office indicating that they do. They must not want "word of mouth" business because I tell my neighbors that I am unable to recommend them.

Lawnworks Inc helped to make the job manageable by suggesting that I have the mulch delivered in two seperate deliveries (at no additional cost, due to the amount I was ordering). By doing this, the job did not seem overwhelming and I could spread the mulch at my leisure. I am very satisfied with their service.

PROMPT, TIMELY, AND COMPLETE. VERY GOOD JOB OVERALL.
