Overall it was a waste of our time since he never responded.

He promptly returned my email, but he could not paint for me within my timeframe. He was very quick with the response, and returned back with a very polite email. Better luck next time.

He did an excellent job at an excellent price.

He came to look at the job, but never gave me an estimate. I called him asking for the status of the estimate one week later, but never received a response. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to others.

Never got back to us with an estimate. Emailed several times, and the estimate was promised, but we never received.

We had work done in our kitchen to replace a sagging ceiling, to install new lighting and re-painting. Clinton Faust was very professional and completed the work on time and within his estimate. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and will hire Clinton again in the future.

Overall the project went 6 days. No surprises after demo which I was happy about. He replaced some electrical outlets and fixed my coax cable as well. The drywall looks great. If anyone has questions, just let me know. I was very satisfied my garage ceiling. It looks fantastic I will be glad to take pics if anyone wants them. He gave me lots of suggestions, pointers and recommendations for future projects.

He was great. There were additional problems and he didn't charge me extra. They had put one coat of paint on the walls and I didn't like it, so he repainted it at no extra charge. He was reasonable and clean. He was very professional.

I never received an estimate or a brief explanation of why Faust Enterprises was not interested in the job. I am still looking for contractors who will be able to install a fire-wall in a tandem garage located in basement area of home.

As an architect and home owner, I would like to describe Clinton Faust's work with only two words: VERY PROFESSIONAL--both in respect to workmanship and to client interaction. As mentioned, all wall covering was removed; two holes were patched, and the plasterwork in the whole room was sealed and painted. After Clinton's first day of work (a Monday), we faced a small setback, which caused a problem for me, but no problem for Clinton or our original contract. This work was contracted after considerable work had been done on the roof during the fall of the year before--including the repointing of a chimney in the area of most of the plaster damage. We all thought that the leakage had been resolved. As fate would have it (good fate in this case), there was an especially hard rain storm the evening after the first day of Clinton's work, which exposed a second hole in the ceiling where the ceiling had merely bulged; and rain came through that new hole. The roofers had to be called back. The roof inspection was done the next day, and new broken tiles were found. Since the roofers had to order new tiles, they could not repair the roof before the original finish date that had been given to me by Clinton (on the Friday at the end of the week). Clinton, continued with his work of the removal of the wall covering , plaster sealing, and painting--excepting for the two holes in the ceiling. On the Monday, following the new roof repair, Clinton returned for three half days' work of patching the two gaping holes, plaster curing, and painting. The original proposal to fill holes with wall board was changed (on Clinton's recommendation) to re-plastering on the exposed wood lath, since the wall board might mildew, if there were any new water leakage. It so happened during this period, my insurance company called and asked if I had a smoke detector on the upper floor. Clinton picked up a state-of-the-art detector for me and installed it for only the cost of the detector. During this work, I scarcely knew Clinton was here--only muted sounds of industriousness came from the upper floor--and an incredible number of specialized tools and materials moving between his work and his enormous truck. Also to be mentioned, Clinton, by himself, moved all the furniture from the room of the repair to an adjoining room, while the work was under way. To use the parlance of the time, Clinton's work was "triple A." (My only question at the end of the contract was this: When would Clinton do the rest of the house--which sadly is not practical for me to pursue at this time.)

Was very professional with his work - cleaned up after each day (took 2 days to complete); Left my house clean when finished each day. Described the overall work that needed to be done when he came for an estimate. Suggested some changes I hadn't considered. Mr. Faust has a pleasant personality. He was willing to answer all the questions I had and didn't mind me watching part of the installation.

Clinton showed up and we discussed what I was looking for in the kitchen remodel. He claimed he would send an estimate in one week but it's now three weeks later and I have not received an estimate from this company.

I had used Clinton once in the winter for a small repair at my house. At that time he was punctual and reasonably priced, so I knew if I needed work done again I would contact him. I contacted him before even searching Angie's List, because I had been impressed. At first he called me back and we discussed my project. He gave me some options and asked me to send an e-mail with dimensions and some other information. I did that within a few days but I didn't hear back from him. I called several days later to follow up and basically make sure he had received my e-mails. To date, two weeks later, I still have not heard from him. My suspicion is that this is because my job is a relatively small one but I am disappointed in the lack of professionalism. My hope is that it is because this was a small job, so with hesitation I say that despite this relatively poor experience, I would consider contacting him for work again.

My experience with Clinton was superb from start to finish. He responded promptly to my calls/emails, provided a detailed estimate and was flexible on scheduling the work. His attention to quality and detail shine through everything he does. He answered all my questions honestly and clearly. His work was meticulous; he not only plastered over the holes, but he matched the texturing in the kitchen ceiling plaster as well. The ceiling actually looks better that it did before the holes were created. In addition, he cleaned up so thoroughly after he completed the work that I think the kitchen may have been cleaner when he left than before he started. Not a speck of dirt remained. I will use Clinton for all my future contracting needs and recommend him to my friends and neighbors. An all-round perfect experience!

They were very friendly, courteous and prompt but their price seemed higher than I expected to pay. I ended up not going with them because I didn't have the money to go with them.

Faust Enterprises was both timely and professional involving all aspects of this job. Faust Enterprises replaced damaged wood on the outside of my house. This is an old house and required matching the cut and angle of the existing wood. Looks beautiful and matches perfectly! They also installed a wood door that was NOT pre-hung. I attempted to get a number of quotes on this installation, but many individuals wouldn't even bid the job - because if it is not prehung - it is much more difficult. Faust Enterprises handled everything, from the door sweep to hardware installation and debris removal/cleanup. The door closes beautifully and fits perfectly. As I said this is an old house - so nothing is square! I would definitely recommend this company!

Clinton sets the standard for professionalism. I called Clinton and he came the same day and provided an email estimate within a day. In observation, he writes down information. This may not seem to be a big deal however, in my experience information gets lost NOT with Clinton. I called him to arrange a date for the work, and he gave me an approximate day and indicated he would call (with several days notice) to confirm date and time. Clinton did follow up. This again speaks to his professionalism. The day of work, Clinton came at the arranged time. What I observed: Clinton was not constantly taking calls. He was in the moment and not rushing. He gave attention to detail and called me prior to the finish to make sure I was satisfied. He took the time to explain his work. When cleaning up, he took the dust with him. He really cleaned up! He doesn't appear to smoke and I didn't find cigarette buts in my driveway. He didn't walk around my home. He went to where the work was being done. If he needed something he asked permission.

They did a great job. They were thorough and easy to work with. They cleaned up after each of the jobs they did, leaving things in better condition than when they found them. When we encountered problems, they suggested budget conscious solutions that were effective.

I've used them many times and I like everything about the company. They are very responsive and they have very good workmanship. They are very professional and their prices were competitive.

Clinton initially gave us a very detailed quote for the work with each individual project being itemized (very useful). While the quote was not the lowest, it was very competetive and Clinton's attention to detail resulted in us selecting him to do the work. All the work exceeded out expectations; everything looks as though it is original to the house. Additionally, once Clinton was done working, the clean-up was impecable. No dust or debris anywhere. We will definitley use Faust Enterprises again.

Clinton promptly came to our house at the appointed time. We explained what we wanted to do to our family room- drywall and insulate outside walls, frame in a closet. He had a very condescending attitude towards the project. We wanted to do the demo and what ever we could to save cost. He told us that the project would be "nothing but a can of worms" and pointed out multiple little things that he would have to do to make the room look good. While I appreciate that he is a professional, he made us feel stupid for wanting to take on a remodeling project. We never did get a price from him though if we had I feel that it would have been very high. I don't think I'd call him again because of his attitude.

It went well. His quality was very good. I will use him again.

Professional and timely; just too high an estimate.

We asked for an estimate for a pretty decent sized project in our home for floor, trim work, and doors. He came on time and seemed very knowledgeable. With so many good ratings on Angie's List, we were excited that we thought we found a good contractor. He explained that he would send an estimate the next day, one week later still no estimate. We called, he explained he would send it the next day. It has been another two weeks without out any word. This leaves us set back once again, having to research even more contractors for the job. We don't understand how or why there are so many good ratings for this contractor. All we can say is, you better have one heck of a job for this one or else he won't even get back to you!

Very punctual, went right to work, had some very helpful hints on finishing the wallpaper removal and painting that we were doing on the walls.
