Clinton came out to my house, looked at my bathroom which needs remodeling and estimated the amount of time required to finish the job. He seemed very thorough and knowledgably and promised to send the $$ estimate by email in two days. A week passed and I never received the estimate. I called him many times and left some messages on his phone for about 3 weeks but he did not have the courtesy to call me back or let me know that he is no longer interested in doing the job. I would not recommend him to anybody. He very rude and unprofessional.

Clinton as promised showed up right on time, explained everything he was doing, worked with us, and had no problem giving us some great tips on how to do things as a first time DIY homeowners,which we really appreciate. His work was all done with in a day and a half, he made sure everything is clean and is just right before he walked out. We will for sure hire Clinton again and highly recommend him.

I called Clinton out to review my master bath for which i provided him detailed drawings. He took pictures and said he'd get me a quote in a week. I've followed up with calls twice to see if he was indeed intending to submit a bid and i have not heard back either time. As a design professional, i know that if a contractor is unable to perform the first task of providing the bid, he's likely unable to be trust worthy throughout the job. If you don't want the work, fine, just say so, no harm. But don't commit to putting in a bid and then not return phone calls. It's uncourteous at a minimum.

No estimate..no work...no service

We never received any estimates from him. I called him a few weeks later and he said he was really busy and his truck was in the shop. He said he would get those costs to me. ........never happened. We found another contractor to do the job.

Overall, Clinton does not follow through. He does not get back to potential clients. If the work is something he is not interested in, if the job is too small or too complicated, he should learn to be forthright with this information and not to string people along waiting for promised estimates. There are a lot of remodeling contractors out there and he just simply wasted my time.

We had a great experience with Clinton- he renovated our bathroom in our 108 year old house, and later we called on him to replace our irregular sized front door (other contractors had called it "impossible", but he had no trouble with it at all). We had much higher quotes for both jobs from other contractors, but Clinton was amenable to us supplying our own hardware and fixtures while he did an excellent job of installing them. I have had lots of experience with renovating homes and I would highly recommend him for large or small projects as he is thoughtful and good with follow through.

I bought a 50 year-old house that needed updates and repairs. Clinton first impressed me when he came to give me an estimate on the work I requested. He was factual in explaining what needed to be changed and repaired that other remodelers had not noticed. He was thorough and his suggestions made sense. He gave me written estimates and was easy to contact when I had questions. Also, patient when I asked questions. When he started to work at my house, he was prompt and always professional. The work I requested was done in stages and he always told me the day and time he would arrive to work. I had serious plumbing problems and he gave me suggestions and an excellent plumber's name. When the work was completed, the job was thorough. An example...he changed all the outlets in the dining room and kitchen...so everything matched. He always cleaned the area he was working in even if he did come the next day. I need to have a sunroom remodeled, a front porch that needs some work and change gutters. I have hired Clinton for these three projects.

Clinton came out to survey the work required on Thursday, May 17th. He was on time and seems very thorough and knowledgable. He said he would send the estimate on Saturday (May 19th). No estimate arrived so I called him and he said he had run into problems on a job and promised it would be sent soon. Again, no esitmate so I called him again and he promised the estimate would be in my inbox the next morning. That was almost 2 weeks ago and I still have no estimate. Based on his level of customer service when he should be trying to win your business, I would not recommend him.

The experience we've had is that he still hasn't called back 3 weeks later. That was disappointing.

He came by, took pictures, and appeared very detail oriented and professional. However, he never submitted a quote. I followed up after the initial deadline for the quote passed and he indicated that he would submit the quote via email, but I never heard back from him.

Clinton came out in early January to give us an estimate for remodeling our master bathroom. He said that he would have to check with his plumber in order to provide us an estimate. He sent an e-mail on January 6th saying his plumber was holding things up but he would send us an estimate by that Saturday. We never received an estimate and we never heard from him again.

Clinton came over on-time and we showed him what we wanted to do. He was very polite and professional; he said he would give us an estimate in 2 days, we never got the estimate. He emailed me a couple of times over the course of a month saying he was very sorry and would get us the estimate, and we never heard from him again.

I had him come out to give me an estimate on a half wall and stair railing we wanted installed inside the house. He never got back to me with an estimate and never returned any of my phone calls after that. We found someone else who did a great job, but we would certainly never contact Faust Enterprises again (especially since the likelyhood of him responding is quite low).

Our experience with Clinton from day 1 was an A+, it started with initial estimate, he showed up right on time, very professional and had great ideas and extremely helpful, and was welling to work with idea that we wanted to do some of the work to cut back on expenses.. In less than 12 hrs we had received an email estimate from him, which was very detailed, reasonable and comparable to another estimate we had gotten, but we went with him, because we thought he was a good fit for our project. Clinton always answered our phone calls and emails, we never had a problem with getting in touch with him. We are so happy we chose Clinton, not only he did an excellent job in everything, he helped us tremendously with what we were doing our selves, every tip he gave us was right on the dot, and we really appreciate that. His work was A+, the cabinets, the walls, and the plumbing was all done in a very timely manner, and done perfectly. Even the Granite counter top people that came to do the template said that the cabinets were installed perfectly. We have worked with many contractors, and quite honestly never met any body who is so prompt, he will be at our door step the exact minute he said he would be, never fails!! it was truly amazing. And Clinton always cleaned up so nicely at the end of each day, it was just great. He was willing to work with our schedules, and with the fact that flooring took us a little longer than expected. One of our cabinets was ordered in the wrong size, so we had to wait three more weeks after everything was done for it to come, Clinton had no problem coming on a weekend to install the cabinet for us, and finish all the scribe molding for the kitchen. We love our kitchen, so happy we chose Clinton, and extremely satisfied with his work, we will definitely hire him again and recommend him to everybody.

Clinton remodeled my master bath and I am thrilled with the results. He transformed my reck of a bathroom into a beautiful show piece. My bathroom should be showcased at a Home and Garden Show because it looks fantastic!

The owner, Clinton, responded to my request for an estimate promptly. He answered emails and phone calls promptly. During our first visit, he made some suggestions that were used in remodeling. The work that he did was done in a timely manner, the work was done extremely well and he made an aged and tired house look appealing and the house was left clean. He offered suggestions for future remodeling of the kitchen.

Requested quote for full basement remodling project. He came out and was very professional and seemed knowledgable. Although he measured and went through the motions, I never got the quote.

He returned my phone call asking for a quote on the job promptly. We arranged a time for him to come out and look at the windows. He discussed the job with me. We decided he would only replace the caulk on the areas that were pulling away from the windows. Some of the caulk was still in good shape. He took a photo to get a good match on the caulk color. He estimated the job would take about two hours and he would be able to do it in a couple of days depending on the weather. He stated that he charges $75.00 an hour plus materials (the caulk). He was able to come and do the work that same week. I was pleased with the job and would use his services again.

Clinton installed all the cabinets and the drawer and door pulls. One drawer came dented and chipped, he is working with Premier to get it replaced (should take and lt; 2 weeks). I am very pleased with the results. Everything lines up very well. Clinton is definitely interested in providing quality work, and is also a fount of information. He is also easy to get a hold of via cell phone (I saw some complaints in earlier reports, but he has been good with me... I believe he gets too busy and that may cause delays; not making excuses, but just reporting that as of 2011-11 I have not had such problems with him at all). Clinton is not only an installer - he has good design sense as well. I scheduled with Clinton about a month or so in advance - there was some juggling prior as I had to get my floors in before scheduling and such - this was on me, not him. He finished this job in 4 days (some days were and lt; 8 hours as he had other things to tend to but this did not bother me in the least - 4 days to have a quality job like this is well worth it). Clinton also connected me with my electrician, Ray Waters, who did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Clinton and Faust Enterprises.

Working with Clinton made the process of renovating our kitchen as painless as it could possibly be. His quote was reasonable and he seemed knowledgable, so I booked him based on reviews on Angie's List. As mentioned by some of the reviewers, it took awhile for him to get the quote to me initially, but it was well worth the wait. The wait is an indication that he is busy on a job, taking care of details for someone, and you want him to take care of those details for you, too! As with any renovation in an older home, there were some surprises in terms of odd plumbing configurations, bad doors, etc. Clinton called me almost every single night to check in on his progress and to let me know, in detail, about any issues that came up that day. He usually offered several possible solutions, with price estimates, so I could pick the best option for us. He was also great about helping with other problems that popped up around the house while he was working -- really, above and beyond the call of duty. The kitchen itself looks great, and it was done on schedule. Most importantly, the lines of communication with Clinton were always open, and I felt like we were working together throughout the project to make it exactly what our family wanted, both in terms of the kitchen and in terms of cost. I highly recommend working with Faust Enterprises.

He seemed to be quite knowledgeable. He was very polite. He brought along a bunch of photographs of what all he had done for the previous clients and that was helpful. He was little more on the quiet side. He did tell us he was going to get us an estimate within two days and that just never happened. He never followed through with it and it was kind of frustrating. In terms of overall experience, I would grade him a and ldquo;Cand rdquo; because he did not actually follow through. In terms of punctuality, he was on time when he came here but obviously he was not on time with his estimate. I would probably not consider using his services again in the future.

I contacted Clinton through the site. We set up a time for him to come out and look at my kitchen and provide an estimate. He was professional and on time and had some great ideas for my Kitchen and I was excited to see what his estimate would be. Then nothing. He never provided an estimate and has not even returned my calls or e-mails. I am amazed at the lack of professionalism out there from some of these contractors. Simple courtesy goes a long way. If not intereseted in the job, it takes less than a minute to respond to an e-mail. Very disappointing.

Mr. Faust was initially very accomodating and came by the house during the evening to give us an estimate. He seemed professional, although a bit aloof and he kept pushing the most expensive paint available. He took his time and measured each room carefully, and gave us input on a remodeling idea that we had for one of the rooms. When he left he promised an estimate in 2 to 3 days. That was two weeks ago and we still haven't heard a word from him. Fortunately we had others come out who did follow up with an estimate in a reasonable time period, so we have booked someone else. I wish we had read more of the reviews about how he's done this in the past. If he is too busy, then he needs to be up front about it. We rated him an F because he failed to produce an estimate and essentially wasted our time.
