Dennis was wonderful to deal with - he answered our call/texts and even during a busy week managed to communicate when he would be available for an estimate (something other contractors struggle with). His quote was in line, even cheaper, then most and his quality of work was excellent. He took our bright blue deck to a beautiful brown that we can now enjoy!

I phoned Mr. Gruber in the morning and he had the gutters cleaned by mid afternoon. He was professional and efficient. He wore a mask and social distanced.

Dennis was timely and communicated well. He identified a few issues and told me what I need to do to correct them. These issues were of no benefit to him but as a homeowner his input was excellent. I recommend hiring Dennis.

We have a large deck and smaller deck off our Master bedroom that needed cleaned and stained. The large deck also needed 5 boards replaced/repaired due to wood rot. Dennis was very professional and responsive throughout the entire process, from estimate to completion. Even leading up to the project he was in contact about possible dates he would want to start pending weather, giving us time to prepare the deck. Upon selecting a date, he showed up first thing every morning and stayed into the evening to complete the project in a timely fashion. He alone was not only able to complete both decks in 2 days, but did not cut any corners in the process, and our decks look amazing!! We were completely satisfied with all aspects of the job, have recommended Dennis to numerous people in our neighborhood, and will definitely use him again. He was very fair on price too, we received multiple estimates and he was right in line with most we felt comfortable with, even a little less than some.

Mr. Grubor provided me with a quote for the pressure wash and staining of my deck. After the quote it did not take too long for him to start working on it. After the pressure wash he realized that sanding was required for the job to be done well. He explained the issue and I accepted the additional work and cost to get the job done right. He also confirmed a couple of times the color of the stain as the original color had significantly faded and looked too different to the color I was requesting to make sure that the result would looked the way I wanted. At the end I am pleased with the result.

Good. I messaged Dennis in the morning, and he came later same day and performed work. I was not home to watch (my kids were, and they didn't exactly get an estimate of cost beforehand to review with me, but it's in line with one other estimate we had).

Dennis did an excellent and thorough job on our deck, and cleaning the patio and sidewalks. He was punctual, communicated timelines, and did a very professional job. He obviously takes pride in doing the job correctly, and does not cut any corners. The job took two and a half days -- one to power wash everything, half a day to tape and prep, and a third day to paint. I was concerned as i was changing the color of the deck from a dark red to a mid gray, but it turned out beautifully. I would highly recommend.

Dennis has cleaned our deck for many years. The deck is 26 years old and we have it cleaned every two years. He does a thorough job of pressure washing the deck flooring, the uprights and the railings and removing the mildew that forms due to the many large oak trees we have in our back yard. He then applies the stain and waterproofing, being very careful not to get any stain or products on our vinyl siding. He spent most of the day working on our deck, which is multi-level. When he was finished, the deck looked like it had just been built. My husband remarked that the finish reminded him of a fine furniture finish. We hope to have a continued working relationship with Dennis as long as he is in business and we highly recommend him and his work to anyone.
