Description of Work: 80 feet of interior french drain added to basement and garage.

Description of Work: They installed over 120 feet of interior French Drain and two sump pumps. It's rained cats and dogs here since Aquilina Contracting paid us a visit and our floor has been bone dry. In the past the amount of rain we had lately would have flooded our basement floors.

Description of Work: This contractor was hired to correct a buldging basement wall as well as repaint the hardware to brace the wall as well as several garage doors and other minor exterior aspects of the house. The contractor was on time and they did a great job in keeping the areas of work clean and were able to finish within the proposed time and budget. We have since rehired the contractor to do some more minor interior painting and possibly finish some work on a flooring issue in our main game room.

Description of Work: Tony and his crew completely waterproofed my large basement. This had been done twice before with other contractors, both times it was done incompletely and ineffectively. The Aquilina crew had to completely redo the previous work. They put in a perimeter French drain, sloping it toward two large sump pumps with battery back ups. They installed air holes in the top of the cellar walls and in the bottom of the walls where they also used a plastic trim. They wrapped the pipe of the French drain in a mesh cloth so it will not clog with dirt. I have a very large basement full of furniture, china, clothes, boxes etc. Tony and his crew did all this work impeccably, with NO dust, no damage, no dirt. They were very prompt, polite, helpful, courteous, and competent. They worked long days in order to finish the job in three days. The estimate was that it would take five days. Not with this crew!
