David is an excellent craftsman. Our deck seems to meet cabinet grade presiding. We are very pleased with our results.

He was the only one who knew how to put a Roof on, attached and matched the existing house roof. and keep the same shape and integrity of the e Octagon shaped deck.

David and his Team has done an outstanding job putting a Roof over our Octagonal Deck. No one also has been able to accomplish what he did. Not only was he able to Keep the shape of the Octagon in tact, But he was able to tie it to the house and and make it look like it was always there. He is a perfectionist in every way. He can adapt to needed changes, and is done in a timely manner. There simply not enough STARS to express our satisfaction with David. Thank you so much David!!!!!!!!!.

David is an honest professional that provides excellent quality workmanship. Our deck was a replacement, he was willing to work with us and utilize the original structure, which saved us a lot of money. Our deck is 500 sq ft and majority is second level. He and his helper secured and leveled the existing structure. We used wood decking with composite railing, and it is beautiful! We rehired David to build a new front door entry way, can't wait! I found David by chance and first conversation I knew he was hired before he came out to survey and give us a formal estimate.

We were having a second bathroom installed and were buying all of the materials, even the drywall, tape, screws, and plaster, we just needed somebody to do the work. The price he told us was $2,800 when he was done and gave us the bill it was $1,000 over. He did a good job, he did seemed a little rushed (the whole thing took him 2 weeks) and there are a few things that we have had to fix like a leak in the shower, which was an easy fix and didn't take long. He put the window in an odd place but we can learn to live with it. Overall the bathroom looks really nice just wasn't prepared for the bill at the end. All together with materials and his price we spent about $6800.
