Services we offer

We clean gutters and if necessary we can fix or replace them. Most water problems in the home can be resolved by cleaning and maintaining your gutters and downspouts regularly. After the cleaning is done, we can then evaluate the gutter to see if a seam is in need of sealing, or the drip edge is not sitting properly. All service techs have been trained in safety and cleanliness.

Description of Work: I was having trouble with my gutters overflowing whenever it rained. They came out within a couple of days while I was at work. Cleaned the gutters and left an invoice. I called and paid with credit card. Next time it rained, no overflowing.

If possible, please remove the review as you have posted it to an incorrect company profile. We rarely even service properties in Md (actually usually after they say that they have had trouble finding anyone- we are out of York, PA) Additionally, we finished all jobs on the schedule then closed for 2 weeks to visit with family. If you called us in that time frame, you would have received a vacation message. I do not have a message from anyone by your name. In fact we only have 3 messages to reply to (we knew from past trends that this is typically a slow time of year and a perfect chance to get away after the busy Fall season) I am sorry for your unfavorable experience. We wish you luck in the future. My advice to you would actually be to try to touch base with the company you called again. It could possibly be that they are rescheduling jobs due to the snow? That is just a guess though. Feel free to call us at 717-814-8595 if you still have trouble getting someone. Again, we rarely go into MD for gutter cleanings, but we would do our best to help you out.

Description of Work: Estimate was provided by phone following a series of questions about our gutter system. The service was provided the next week on a very rainy day. Gutters on our second story were scooped out, brushed and flushed. Large clogs (birds nests) were removed from downspouts. They cleaned up our porches and doorsteps and were on their way less than two hours later
