Easy to make appointment. He showed up exactly on time. There was only a small plug blocking the downspout. He was done quickly. That is the reason fir the low price. While he was on the roof he noticed some missing shingles. He took pictures of it and emailed it to me. He is a very nice and honest person to deal with.

Overall, I am 100% impressed and that is hard to do. After a contractor nightmare, I do not trust what any company promises to do. This company totally ROCKS!!!

He came, he saw, he conquered! I purchased this deal in the spring and was scheduled for early summer at my convinience. I didn't need to be home when it was being completed but when I did come home it was as if a magical elf had come through and scrubbed down my gutters. Truly, fast, efficient, and a wonderful job done on my two story home.

Mr. Green is a very professional service. Rob returned my initial call for an estimate within less than a half hour and gave an estimate after hearing the description of our house and what we needed. On the appointed day he arrived on time and got the work done in a quick, workmanlike manner. Definitely worth the call back for future jobs.

I think that my services from YourGutterGuy/Mr. Green Gutter Cleaning went very well. I'm especially pleased that he was able to clean the gutters of the back of my house, considering that my house is built on a slope and upon viewing, it's "2 stories" in the front and it's like "3+ stories" in the back. I'll probably use his services this coming fall (Note to self: need to ask him about gutter repair/replacement).

I called him and got an estimate over the phone and he described to me his method of gutter cleaning. He was late but called ahead of time to let me know. He cleaned the leaves out of all my upper and lower gutters on my 2 story home. He cleaned up all the leaves found in the gutters.

We used to do our gutters ourselves, but I get nervous with my husband on the ladder. I asked around for someone to do our gutters. I looked on Angie's List and found Rob. I called the number on the website, and Rob returned my call that evening. He said he was scheduling about 3 weeks out which put us at the week of December 20th. I told him that was fine. I got a phone call the night before to let us know he was coming. I also got a phone call from Rob to tell me he was on his way on the day of the service. He was very nice and personable. He did the job without any fuss or problems, used a ladder because our roof is very slanty. He also made some observations about our gutter situation which we already knew about and will be correcting in the future. He did an overall great job. We will definitely call on Rob to work for us in the future.

I called Rob to find out if he did any work in the Harrisburg area. He called me back within minutes and was able to give me an estimate over the phone, as he did indeed work in my area. He was very informative and professional on the phone, and was willing to work out a plan for doing the job with no one able to be at home. I was emailed his estimate, which was more than fair, and was given a date for completion of the job. We came home to a job well done...and no mess on the ground like we experienced when using other gutter cleaners. I would definitely use him again, and will highly recommend his work to others.

It was raining the day Rob came to clean our gutters. He stated he would not get on top of the roof because it would be too slipery, that he would clean out our gutters using ladders - I was fine with that. Rob was here for about an hour and found a high bouncer ball that was causing some problems:) He stated once that was removed, everything flowed perfectly. We were very pleased with the courteous and professional service and wouldn't hesitate to call Rob again A good value too.

Being afraid to climb up a ladder to clean out my Gutters, I called your gutter guy (Mr. Green's) instead. He came by on his own a day later, and mailed me the estimate. I found the price fair, called him back, and he was there by the end of the week. Rob mainly stays on his ladder with a five gallon pale and his scrapers and hose, and pretty much removes everything he can from your gutters including the stones from your shingles. For me it was a no brainer, because it's dangerous work, and it was money worth spent. The good thing about Rob is, he'll come back and unclog a problem spot for a fraction of the cost of doing the whole thing. I was very happy.

Called the tel. no. Had some question whether the answering machine message was actually for the business or not. Fair price. Made the appointment. Showed up on time and did the job. I would use them again.

He is quick, he is prompt, he is careful, and he is there when he says he is going to be. He doesn’t take very long, he does a good job, and he has all the right equipment like a blower and a power washer. He rakes up where most of the stuff falls on your lawn.

YourGutterGuy.com responded very quickly to our call and was able to squeeze us in before the storm. Their price was excellent, and the work they did was perfect. Thanks to their work, our basement was as dry as a bone, and we did not experience any flooding around or in our house as a result of the storm. They were very professional and we will definitely use this company again.

my down spout was squerting water at my patio sliding door causing it to leak into my sun room, found mygutterguy.com on angies list and called to set an appointment .. he showed up on time, detected the problem, pulled the down spout apart, fixed it, put it back together and only charged me $45.00. life does not get any better than that.

I called Mr. Greens and set up a time for a gutter cleaning and repair after discussing it with them. Rob was very prompt and did an excellent job cleaning our gutters. I was also very pleased in how reasonable the charges were for the work done and on the cleaning and gutter repair that I was putting off doing since I don't enjoy going up that high on ladders. Before Mr. Greens repaired the gutter, he showed me how water was getting behind the gutter to the wall. He reattatched a section of the gutter with new hangers and repitched that section. I am glad I didn't put this off any longer. Mr. Greens will be maintaining my gutters from now on.
