They told me that they're going to send their best guy, had him come out, did the estimate, and did a conversation with us. We thought they're going to send Bob and there were 2 guys that I've never seen before and told me they're Bob's crew. The crew chief was pissed off at me, went out of his car, got the paperwork and tossed it on the glove box nearby the windshield and in the meantime the other guy was standing and calling Bob for me, so that's how things started with them. After we let them in, calm down, did the things around the tile and realized they screwed up, didn't lay the pattern quite right, so I told them to fix it, and he re-did it right, and then when it all set and done, he didn't have enough tiles to finish the job so I needed them to come back 2-3 weeks to finish the job once they got the parts. The result was that one of the tile was slightly chipped off so we had to had them remove the tile and replace it. Whenever they left for the day, they left a razor blade set on the window and we had a baby here, so that pissed me off. My wife was not happy and she thinks that they probably should have removed the old subfloor on the entrance way before did another subfloor. If they had removed the old subfloor it would have been a nice transition between tiling and carpeting. My wife complained about it.

I would not recommend them. They had to come back twice since they left bubbles in-between and also the edges of the carpet were crooked. They performed really shabby work. I felt that I myself could have done a better job than them. Their pricing was extremely high. They came to perform the job on time. I would not use them again in the future.
