VERIZON

I've been using them for 14 years, but I don't really like them, I'm just using them.

I think it’s a little expensive for service that we have but I haven’t had any problems with them at all but like where we are is kinda a whirl around here so we really didn’t have a choice of what kind of Verizon have enough and with Comcast there you can view the phone through like the computer or anything and we want dedicated landline because of our security system but Verizon was the only company that we can even go through for that. Overall it’s good for our area. I think it’s expensive because we don’t even have caller ID or call waiting or that kind of stuff – we just have like a basic phone. We don’t really have any other options for phone service around here so we just decided to fill it until maybe build up area a little more and there’s other phone provider we can go through. When you have to call I feel like I keep on hold forever just to talk to somebody – I just press this button for this and this and this and then they transfer you here and there and it’s hard just to get one person to settle your issue so that’s been my experience with few times I had to call them. They are professional.

I think they are very personable and give excellent service. I would rate them A overall.
