From diagnosis to treatment, the experience was flawless with pleasant employees at each step. We are relatively new customers, having found them on Angie's List about 6 mos. ago, and are still very much impressed!

On time, very professional, installation nice tight area, out of the way, my husband is an electrician and was very impressed, cleaned up very well after job, cost exactly as quoted, got to (try out) unit for 30 days before paying.

He arrived on time. He checked and serviced the outside air conditioning unit. He then went into the basement to check and service the unit/furnace. He then went through the whole house to make sure that our air returns were opened correctly. We had the bottom ones open but we should of have the top ones open. He suggested to keep the fan running all the time, not to have it on auto. This should help keep the house (particularly upstairs) cooler when running the air conditioner. Experience was wonderful. He was informative and very helpful. Polite. Will definitely use Strine's again.

We have a yearly contract with them to come twice a year. They are really really good.

I was on Angie's List and this guy was close so I went with him. It was a good experience. They came and did a good job in quick manner.

The service people were pleasant and knowledgable. The price was very reasonable. The problem was fixed. The initial service person even called several days later to be certain all was going well......and it was! Very, very impressive!

Strine's Htg & A/C came with the house when we had the house built. They had the heating and A/C installed then. So they come and do the basic service. We will use them in the future.

Called one day. Technician came next day. Arrived on time, viewed problem, went to get repair parts, came back and fixed the unit. Great service, knowledgeable technician. Job well done.

I didn’t hear any complaints from the people in my rental. They were on time. They did the job in one day and they were out. It was a good price. I have had no problems with their work. They were very good and they knew what they were doing. I have used them for my house as well.

We are very pleased with them. They are very good. We have a service contract with them. Since we are older now, we feel that they are honest, reliable and fairly priced. I don’t recall how much we paid them because there were two different kinds of contracts and I don’t know which one we went for. I think we got the full service contract. Our air conditioning unit is a little bit older than our furnace. They replaced our furnace a couple of years ago and did a super job. They are just on top of things and the people they send out are very good. It’s great to have somebody like that we trust so much in our home and we don’t have to worry about anything. We will absolutely use their services again in the future.

The process went extremely well. They were very courteous and professional. They didn?t make any mess at all. They did the work in a timely manner in one day. I would use them again in future.
