Our experience with Shaun and his employees was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the job that needed to be done for us. He installed a complete new circuit breaker box and well as security cameras in about four hours, as well as cleaning up all debris and dust afterwards. He let us know we could call him anytime, night or day, if we had any electrical emergencies as he personally answers all calls. We will be definitely calling Shaun for future electrical work on our home.

After complaining things seemed to improve. He brought a different guy the second day that was much more knowledgeable. The job is completed but I am still waiting for a piece of siding that was ruined to be replaced.

Shaun was late for fist appointment. I had to contact him to obtain eta. Second visit ontime. We disputes on ventilation of light in bathroom. He did come back to attach hose. However; it was stuck into insulation and had to re-vent myself. Shaun had to make an unscheduled visit to fix switches in DR after he attempted fix; lost all knighting. 3rd time of working on switches I had to provide one of switches. A special made plate for one wall was thrown out and he was to bring new plate claiming it was broke. He did not bring the correct plate and now it is up to me to replace. Shaun raised a receptacle and was to repair original receptacle area. the hole was too big for just mud; Shaun advised he did not know how to repair so left for me to repair. Discovered after first phase of work that Shaun is not a licensed Electrical contactor. My mistake for not confirming with him that he carried a PA License. He is licensed as a contractor.
