Description of Work: Gentleman discovered the problem with our dishwasher and quickly presently a solution and then followed thru with the solution to resolve the issue.

Description of Work: I came down Saturday morning to find watter on the floor beside my refrigerator, lots of it. I turned off the water and called Shaffer's Appliance Service and talked to Justin, the owner. He was cordial and told me that he would be at my house in about an hour. He arrived early, he was courteous and offered to remove his shoes before coming in the house. He quickly found the problem assured me that it was not terribly serious. He replaced the water line in a few minutes, check that there were no leaks and then double checked for leaks while I ran the water to make sure all was in order. he was quite tidy in his clean up including cleaning the dust bunnies from under the refrigerator. He was about to leave when he notice that the refridgerator door was dragging on the freezer door, for no additional charge he reset the door alignment.
