Description of Work: Painted interior of home. Power washed outside and painted patio. Parts are not .even covered old paont still showing through. Ruined frint storm door and also caused windows to leak | Had to replace windows and need new storm door. Patio was not painted right and has peeled off cement. Other issues.

+ -1 moreWe started talking to the contractor late last year. We wanted to finish the basement floor with an epoxy. Thadd Snyder came out and we were pleased with his knowledge and apparent commitment to his work. Things went slowly at first, but by February, we had agreed to get started in March. We called the second week of March and the kits were still not in. Then, the kits came in, but we needed to install them and choose colors, etc. We tried to make arrangements to do that, and Thadd said we could get the job started by the last week in March, and then be done with the first phase in a week or so after that. Then all communications stopped. I have used phone and email to no avail. Our basement furniture is stuffed all around the upstairs, and we were anxious to get the job done as soon as possible. Now we have to start over with another contractor.
Description of Work: Attempted to hire provider, but no contact for over two weeks.

+ 0 moreThey are good. They have been is business over 20 years and are a great group of young men to work with. They are very reasonable. They do some other services besides painting. They started out before things went downhill and would maintain their professional and not cut corners. They are trustworthy and spend the time you need discussing different options. They are the best small business we have come across.
