 + -1 moreThe installation was adequate, but not exceptional. My main problem and why I would not use them again; is that, LESS THAN A YEAR after installlation, the fan blade wasn't turning when it was running. I had them come out and check it. He wasn't quite sure why it didn't work correctly, but found some cobwebs in the unit. He suspected that it might have been the problem. The unit was installed in mid-March of 2010. It was operarational by the end of that month. My service call in 2011, was in the first week of March. They still charged me for the service call, even though the unit was still under the year warranty. They said that they ordered the unit in Feb. or early March, however the warranty should start when the unit is installed and running. I really won't give any more business to an operation that runs like this or pay this bill.
Description of Work: Heat pump-furnace was installed.
