Robinson Family Tree Service, LLC

We had two large trees fall during a storm. I left a message to get an estimate and the owner's girlfriend was able to call back that evening AND come out THAT NIGHT to do the estimate! (When a tree is laying across your back yard and smashed on top of your kids' swingset, timeliness matters!) He came out, was super professional, gave us a great estimate, and was on his way. We got another estimate done and decided to go with Robinson. His guys came out the next day and cut the tree up into ~16" logs then stacked the logs at the back of the property at our request (we figured we would rather sell the walnut than have it chipped). Overall, so far there's a definite A. But what was really important to me was how friendly the owner's girlfriend, who seems to do a lot of the scheduling and business-side of thing, was throughout the whole process! I was having surgery the same day as the tree removal so coordinating payment could have been a real headache. But instead, she said she'd stop by after the work was done and grab the check so that we didn't have to worry about someone being home. A++
