Robert arrived early, worked to try and isolate the issue. Repaired several issues. After 1 1/2 hours determined there was a line open between the panel and second floor. Gave info on how to troubleshoot further. Offered to return if new feed is necessary. Will get back to him with results. Excellent job.

They fixed it very quickly, explained what they did, and, because it was a simple fix only charged us for the house call, never tried to complicate the issue or charge us for anything unnecessarily, very honest and thorough.
