I could not be happier with the work that Chad and his team did on my home. The upgrades look fantastic and we are very happy with our new bathroom! Unlike so many other contractors, Chad is very responsive - he returns calls and does what he says he will do. He and his team were professional and very pleasant to work with. We will definitely be using Chad and Rick's Home Improvements again in the future.

My direct interaction with Rick's is that we asked him to come give us an estimate for replacing our roof and after several promises to set a time and date it never happened. My indirect interaction with Rick's is that we had seen one of their trucks and crews on our street and asked for a quote on same roofing job. We were given a quote but told Rick's was too busy and that the person driving his company truck was authorized to sub-contract work by Rick's. We signed a proposal, gave them a check, which they promptly cashed the next day, and did not see them again for 2 months. They then delivered materials that were purchased using a bad check leaving us responsible for the bill. We lost $7,650.00 on the roofing job. Be careful to get a proposal from Rick's owner directly and be warned there are people out there using Rick's trucks to do business without licences or insurance. We never had Rick's do any work but be warned of people posing as his company. We did finally get another company to do the roofing job, they were prompt, courteous and did great work. I am in no way stating, claiming or inferring that Rick's Home Improvement is directly responsible for our losses or troubles with his employees and their conduct.

Job well done in a timely manner. Kept me informed of the schedule. Chad and his people are exceptionally polite and professional. Beautiful work.

Work is always done quickly, efficiently, and cleanly. Chad's crew is personable and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. The estimates for work are very clear. Prices are great for the work that is being done.

We recently purchased our first house, which had multiple minor issues that we wanted to address sooner rather than later. I found Rick's on Craigslist, but I was hesitant to hire someone from Craigslist until I read the reviews on Angie's List. We've been 100% satisfied with the service we've received from Chad and his crew. Chad was great at staying in contact with us (via email and text message, which I love -- yay 21st century technology!) and was incredibly polite and respectful. He was very flexible with scheduling and always showed up when he said he would. So far, the work Rick's completed looks like it was done correctly and professionally, and we haven't had any problems. We're very happy and consider ourselves lucky to have found such a reliable and professional company right off the bat. Rick's will definitely be our go-to fix-it guys as we move forward with the repairs and upgrades to our home.

After receiving estimates from a few local providers, Rick's came in at the best price. After agreeing and making the deposit, Rick's (Chad) ordered what we needed and put us on his schedule. On the date of the install, the work was done efficiently and looked great at close. Would recommend!
