We had a small kitchen and wanted to remove a wall to open up the space into the dining area. Most people were stumped on a design until we met Kelly Clark through Revelare Kitchens. Kelly had ideas for a design as soon as she saw it and then provided us with two designs within days. We selected one, picked out cabinets and the rest was a breeze. Kelly was so easy to work with and so responsive. We are very pleased with the outcome â - the cabinets are very good quality. They fit perfectly and our kitchen/dining combo looks like a whole new house! We couldnâ t be happier! I highly recommend Kelly and the Revelare team!

Initial consultation in mid-December was great, and the sales representative was able to personally coordinate additional elements to further improve our kitchen project. However, the remodeling services performed in mid-February (reface) were done poorly. Contracted installer rushed (3-5 day project completed in 1) and installation of the hardware on all new drawers (except one) resulted in splits in the drawer fronts. These were replaced, and the same issue has resulted with four drawers. Not only does this speak to the limited attention to detail and lack of involvement once the sale is made, but is extremely wasteful; 11 brand new drawer boxes and hardware were trashed, and now potentially 4 more! Additionally, a existing glide systems for internal basket systems (not part of the project) were removed and disappeared from my home; I was promised replacements, but there has not been follow through on this. The customer service representative I've communicated with has been extremely poor; he promise to call and does not, and seems to make excuses as to why calls are not made. Images on the website and promotional materials do not accurately reflect the attention to detail, nor does my customer experience match what is sold in the sales pitch. I've done my best to be patient and let the process play out, but it's now been 2 months since the cabinet project began (4 months since the process began), and I'm still living with my kitchen taken apart. Perhaps the impact of a negative review will prompt some attention!

Four years ago we had our cabinets and drawers redone. We needed repair of two drawers recently. The project was handled quickly and with the attitude that I was an important customer. Christian oversaw the project, Derrick scheduled us promptly, and Vince did the repairs. They were all efficient and pleasant. I would Recommend Revelare in York, PA, to anyone who wants to update their kitchen.

We had a few issues after the initial install and Revelare took responsibility, stepped up to the plate and fixed them all. They were very interactive and easy to work with.

Customer service in this company was great at all levels, from design to financing to installation. The cabinets are beautiful, low maintenance and all hardware is top quality. I couldnâ t be happier with my remodel.

After just a year and a half, the cabinets began to show significant manufacturing defects, yet Revelare was unhelpful and unresponsive throughout the entire process. When I initially decided to invest in refaced cabinets, I expected a quality product that would enhance the aesthetics of my kitchen. Unfortunately, that expectation was shattered within a short period. Not only did the installation take longer, but missing components or defects caused also reorders and multiple installations and problem rectifications. You are not getting a new cabinet, they do not move the outlets or complete real finish work. Plan on spending much more. The money that may have been saved (TBD,) would need additional contractor work or in my case, I completed myself that is above and beyond refacing and cabinet expansion. The cabinets started to exhibit various defects, including peeling laminate, discoloration, and warping. It was evident that these issues were a result of poor craftsmanship and manufacturing defects. With the hope of finding a resolution, I contacted Revelare. To my dismay, they promptly shifted the blame onto the manufacturer, stating that they had no control over the warranty claims. According to them, the manufacturer denied the claim, dismissing the defects as wear and tear; This response is not only disheartening but also infuriating, as the cabinets should have lasted well beyond the short period they did. I had real cabinets installed in the laundry room around the same time and they look new. The laundry room takes the abuse. The manufacturers denial is a bitter pill to swallow, especially considering the cabinets are still within the three-year warranty period. Even if the manufacturer were to accept the claim, the Revelare labor warranty is limited to only one year. Consequently, I would still be burdened with the cost of labor, even for a defective product. Note to buyer, this is why the install warranty is less time than the product warranty! Compounding the issue is the fact that past employees of the installation company are no longer available, leaving me to deal with someone who lacks any real incentive to rectify the situation. Their lack of concern and unresponsiveness have further aggravated an already frustrating experience. I strongly caution anyone considering purchasing refaced cabinets from this company to think twice. Their lack of accountability and unwillingness to stand behind their work is appalling. Not only did I receive a subpar product, but Revelares indifference and lack of support have made matters even worse. My experience with the purchase of refaced cabinets has been a complete nightmare except with the actual salesperson/designer. The cabinets have shown manufacturing defects within a year and a half, and the installation company's refusal to take responsibility or provide assistance is extremely disappointing. I strongly urge potential buyers to explore other options and avoid the frustration and financial burden that come with this companys subpar products and lackluster customer service.

excellent service, instillation and product quality

High-pressure sales. The representative could not get out of our house fast enough when we said we needed a day to think about the$12k investment. We went with the company anyway as we liked the product quality. Took revealed 2 months to cash the deposit check and 4 months to start the job. The installer was knowledgeable and helpful but the sales rep did not take accurate measurements or notes regarding the installation. Drawer faces were incorrect, measurements were off, and install notes were wrong. I have sent pics to the company showing the necessary repairs. Mistakes are ok, but the customer service afterward has been atrocious. It took me threatening bad reviews for the company to acknowledge my calls. I held off on writing reviews as I was assured the repairs were to be performed mid to late January. It is now past mid-February with not a peep or follow-up from the company. So although the product may be quality the treatment of customers is equally, if not more important. The company has all my money and is not concerned with completing my job.

This company will be quick to quote, design, contract and take your money. They sub out 95% of the work and with the sole exception of the installer we were lucky to get, quality of materials, lack of full design (plenty of cut corners not exposed until down the road) all aspects of this project ended up starting at $35,000 and ended at over $45,000 (plumbing, electrical, poor design needing fixing, cost of new additional cabinets and extra countertops this list does not end $$$$
