High-pressure sales. The representative could not get out of our house fast enough when we said we needed a day to think about the$12k investment. We went with the company anyway as we liked the product quality. Took revealed 2 months to cash the deposit check and 4 months to start the job. The installer was knowledgeable and helpful but the sales rep did not take accurate measurements or notes regarding the installation. Drawer faces were incorrect, measurements were off, and install notes were wrong. I have sent pics to the company showing the necessary repairs. Mistakes are ok, but the customer service afterward has been atrocious. It took me threatening bad reviews for the company to acknowledge my calls. I held off on writing reviews as I was assured the repairs were to be performed mid to late January. It is now past mid-February with not a peep or follow-up from the company. So although the product may be quality the treatment of customers is equally, if not more important. The company has all my money and is not concerned with completing my job.

This company will be quick to quote, design, contract and take your money. They sub out 95% of the work and with the sole exception of the installer we were lucky to get, quality of materials, lack of full design (plenty of cut corners not exposed until down the road) all aspects of this project ended up starting at $35,000 and ended at over $45,000 (plumbing, electrical, poor design needing fixing, cost of new additional cabinets and extra countertops this list does not end $$$$

Easy to work with. My kitchen cabinets were transformed from old to a Brand New Updated Look. Extremely happy with the results. Anyone would think that all the cabinets were replaced when it was only a refacing. Unbelievable how great they look. It was also done in just 5 days with very little cleanup.

Great communication from start to finish. Our installer had a great work ethic.. He arrived when he said he would, explained the process in detail and worked non stop from the time he arrived until he left in the evening. Our project was completed in 4 1/2 days and the finished product was perfect! Highly recommend!

Revelare Kitchens did a superlative job of remodeling our kitchen, which included replacing the wall mounted cabinets with an extra tall (54â ) custom design, and refacing the floor cabinets and drawers Workmanship and materials were exceptional, and it was clear from the professional project management that they have done this many times before as they finished a day early. They cleanup up every day and the final cleanup was spotless. Communications and customer interaction was also top notch. This started with the initial sales and planning right up through the final cleanup. They were never too busy to answer a question or explain what they were doing. This was not a small job.- 18 custom cabinets, 8 floor cabinets, 2 lazy Susanâ s, a built-in desk, 15 drawers, an island, and a new refrigerator enclosure. Nothing appeared to be a problem for them. I would definitely and confidently consider them for any future work

Installation is smooth, timely, very clean organized and when the work was finished the clean up was superb.

Company kept in touch with me from time I signed the contract through completion. If I called or emailed questions about my upcoming job, they were answered promptly. The technician (Craig) assigned to do the reface work was meticulous and exceeded my expectations.

The work the guy did was excellent no mess and finished the job I will definitely use them in the future ð   ð  ¾

My kitchen is beautiful ! We love it! Excellent job done and it was just what we needed and wanted!! We never knew that we were able to have such old cabinets refaced like that with such new features, new doors , new handles! I would never hire this company again. They wanted all of the money up front. They got our money 5 months before they began work. The refacing process is a huge mess *sawdust everywhere*! They sent one carpenter who seemed good but the office staff rushed him so much that he began cutting corners at the end and never actually finished all our work before moving on to the next job. We were left with glue all over counters, moldings that had to be reinstalled, no caulking where there should have been caulking, and doors that had to be remeasured and reordered twice. We paid to have under the cabinets finished but because there were lights that needed to be removed, this was not done. We paid for 6 under the cabinet drawers that were never installed. We had to bring in someone else to finish under the sink, fix moldings, caulk etc. I called the home office in York and emailed them multiple times and was promised that someone in charge would call back, but they never did. I feel sorry for the carpenter and mostly blame the issues on the management who had unrealistic expectations for him. Management and the home office said the job would be done in 3-5 days which was totally unrealistic. The home office would make the carpenter drive hours to the home office to deliver money or pick up supplies when these things could be handled more efficiently another way (automatic deposit by photo, FedEx, USPS etc.). This wasted hours out of the week when the man could have been doing actual work on my kitchen. I feel that this company is ineffective and does not really care for their customers. I do not know how they stay in business. This whole experience has been a nightmare.
