Description of Work: Sanders installed a heating and cooling system for us when the spring when it was cool. When the weather got hot we found that the air conditioning was never hooked up so we had to have them come back and finish that. It took 3 trips before that was done and working properly. Then when it got cold we had no heat. So they came back and the guy that fixed the air conditioning had unhooked the heat and never reattached it. He hooked that back up and then 3 days later it stopped working again. Bottom line this is 2 years now and he was just out 3 days ago. So far so good but I'm not holding my breath.

+ 1 moreVery happy with this experience. We had an emergency repair done during one of the hottest days of the year. Company was very busy but ended up sending out the owner, Mr. Sanders himself. Fixed the problem ($10.00 part was broken) same day. Will use again.

+ 1 moreThe guys from RE Sanders showed up on time, they installed a needed expansion tank for the water heater, ran new drain pipes for the kitchen so the water from the kitchen is no longer draining into a basement sump pump then pumped back out to the sewer. Its now directly draining into the main sewer line. Removed excess pipes that were no longer needed and replaced a pipe that had been improperly pieced together. Installed a correct vent for the basement sump pump and installed a vent under the kitchen sink. They also discovered on a previous job that our water pressure psi was pegging out at 150 on their gauge(its only supposed to be 80) so we had them install a pressure reducing gauge on the water meter where it comes into the house. The shower pressure is a little bit less but its a trade off I will gladly make knowing my water lines arent going to blow apart from way too high pressure. Over all it took about 4 hours to do all the work and we will definately use them for all our future plumbing needs.
Description of Work: installed a pressure reducing valve on the main water line, replaced some leaking shut off valves, rerouted the kitchen drains from the sump pump directly into the main sewer line, installed a expansion tank on the water heater.

+ -1 moreI called at 11am and they were at the house at 2pm. Took 1 1/2 hrs to complete. The techs were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend them if you need any plumbing done. The price was exactly what I figured so no surprises there. I will definitely will use them in the future.
