+ -1 moreThere were only three or four people who came to look at my house in six months. I was not happy with them. I didn't get my house sold. I think they overpriced my house. The lady who came to see me was very personable.

+ -1 moreSusan helped us in purchasing a new home. Susan's vast experience and understanding of the real estate market helped us successfully negotiate the purchase of our home. Additionally, she kept everyone (real estate agents from the seller's agency, seller and us, the buyers) in the loop at all times, giving all of us dates when appraisals were being performed as well as various testing. I can't say enough about how much easier the whole process went because of Susan.
Description of Work: I recommend Susan Hilterbrick from this agency. She kept the purchase of our home moving and kept us in the loop 100% of the time. She is someone who is both professional and at the top of her field. I highly recommend her for either purchasing or selling a home. She greatly exceeded our expectations (which were pretty high).
