I cannot say enough good about Phil. He was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and easy going. His home grown website for watching listings - http://www.yorkhomefinder.com/ we found much more useful than Zillow or the Big Real Estate company?s sites ? and it is ultimately how we found the house we bought ? he had us going through that house within days of it going on the market. We did most of our physical visits to houses on the weekends and Phil was always able to set up showings quickly for us. During the course of working with us he left the large company he was working for and went out on his own with a few other guys forming a new agency (Country Home Real Estate Advantage ) ? we were a little concerned about this, but it was seamless to us. When we needed other services along the way (home inspection etc) ? Phil?s recommendations were very helpful to us and we were very satisfied with those services too. Phil?s other website is www.facebook.com/PhilipAccardoRealtor, but Angie?s list website field would not recognize it for me to enter. I really hope we are NOT going to need a realtor again for a long time, but if we did, I would use Phil in a second and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
