+ 0 moreHe came out here and I told him what I wanted done. He gave us some ideas as to what should be done and he said all of the plaster should be taken off the walls. He said he was going to get back to us. In the mean time I ripped off all of the plaster from my walls so he could do what he was going to do. He never called us back and he never gave us and estimate. He said he would send us an estimate but he never got back to us and we haven't heard of him since he left the house.
Description of Work: The water pipes in my ceiling broke on the second floor, so my whole kitchen ceiling collapsed and I needed a whole new kitchen ceiling put up. All of the wall paper came off the walls because of the water damage. The insurance company sent someone in to clean up the mess and they drilled holes in the bottom of my walls to suck all of the moisture out. All of the wallpaper and all of the plaster needed to come off. I needed drywall hung, all new walls put up, and a new floor put down. The whole kitchen was shot. He said the best way to do it was to take all of the plaster off because there was no insulation. He said the best thing was to put new walls up.

+ 1 moreThe walls for the pantry/powder room and the laundry area were put up in record time and the quality was excellent. He did an excellent job on the ceilings as well but I was truly impressed with the pillar, which he had to replicate to match two others that were on the porch and it is a perfect match.
Description of Work: Phil added a pantry and powder room to the first floor of the house and added a laundry area to the second floor. He also redid the ceilings in four rooms and repair the ceiling in another. In addition, he replaced a pillar on the front porch, which he had to build from scratch.
