contacted Nemo pools and they made appointment within the week. Came to house measured and surveyed pool, gave us a book of possible liners etc. We picked a liner, paid 1/2 down. about 10 days later Nemo called that the liner was in and set up a date (the same week) came out and placed new liner and filled with 1 tank truck of water to set liner. Personnel where professional, timely, did excellent work. Would definitely hire again

Nemo's came out and installed a new liner in our pool last year and they did a very good job. They also closed our pool. They were reliable, knowledgeable, and diligent.

We are using them again this year. We have some ground water issues that have been plaguing us and we put in a call to Chuck, who is in service and he calls us back in a very timely fashion. Even though he is extremely busy at this time of year, he gives us valuable information over the phone, walks us through some steps that we can do that will help him evaluate the problem and come up with a solution. He knows exactly what he is saying and doing. He is even willing to collaborate with a contractor of ours in order to get our problem solved, and there is no financial gain for him in this. We are in a holding pattern right now because they are quite busy, but he has given us a time that he will be out and we know that he will be here when he says he will be - he won't keep us waiting.

The only issue we have is that they charge a little extra to open and close our pool because we have a Fox pool cover. But, other than that we are very satisfied with their service.

They did great. They kept in contact by phone. They let me pick out the liner. I worked with Chuck. Anytime I had a question, he called back the same day and answered my question. He helped us get a new pump and filter. They were very helpful and took care of everything. They had my pool back up and running within 24 hours. My insurance company even recommended I use them. Nemo inspected the walls and floor of the pool and then gave us a quote.

They were EXCELLENT to work with from the first contact with Bob Nimmo, through the entire process, ending in closing the pool last month. Without exception, we have nothing but great things to say about every single person on their team. They were terrific. Their customer service, honesty, integrity, and quality of their work were exceptional. I'm really particular, retentive, a perfectionist, and I found that their installation team could even make me happy - not an easy task, lol.  I would not hesitate to recommend them, and have told Bob Nimmo that he can have any potential customers contact me to ask questions about the experience. We were so skeptical because this was such a large expense, but we absolutely 100% were more than satisfied!
