Description of Work: Lawn treatment n then replanting grass seed to replace grass that tech killed. Then he killed another patch of grass! Not happy n no offer to give a bit of refund due to damage n now have unsightly brown patches in our lawn. Even the manager said there is nothing more they can do except plant seed. Now I have to use my time and water to try n grow new grass. Not hiring them back. Not professional either. Called me "hun" multiple times n I should have said, "I'm not your hun!"

Description of Work: They seeded my lawn and I thought that the empty areas would be looking better this summer and have grass grown there but it looks the same as it did before. Mabey it's the area I live in or the dirt that's present there I'm not sure but I just know that I don't see any difference in the lawn

Description of Work: I had the weed control and fertilization done in Nov. 2015 and the crabgrass suppression treatment done in the spring. The treatment seemed to green up the grass nicely in the fall however, I still have issues with one of my problem weeds. I will see how the spring treatment goes and if they can get rid of my problem weeds before I decide if I will continue this service.

It turned out okay. It was not great but okay. Everything turned out fair. I was expecting more from the overseeding and that didn't happen. Pricing was fine.

Description of Work: I chose them off of Angie's List because of the video they posted. When they showed up and performed the aeration it was not like the video. The workers didn't know what I was referring to. I called the office and they said they don't do THAT kind of overseed as in the video. That's false advertising. I had already had the service performed. The office and workers were very nice and the price was good but do what you advertise or take off the video.

Description of Work: For the price we will receive a total of 4 treatments--the first was in November and the others will be next year. I feel that it was a good value. The representative was polite and efficient. Even willing to catch a very narrow patch of grass between our garage and the alley. However, be alert, that if you do NOT cancel the service after the initial four visits, they keep coming and bill you for the visits at their regular price.

Things went well, as usual. They have been providing service for me over the last 5 yrs., with great results. Always punctual and ready to answer all questions. Our technician (Ken) , readily available by phone.
