I called Monday and left a message, and received a text message response. We agreed upon 3 people to arrive between 9-9:30 am Friday for a set price. Friday arrives, no one shows up. I send a message asking if they are on their way, no response. I wait a few minutes and call, get voicemail... leave a message. I get a text response that they are busy and will call us back. We start to attempt to move it ourselves. Part way through, I receive a message that they are on their way. A few phone calls with an employee later, they will be here asap. A few minutes after 12, they arrive. The two employees were very polite and apologetic. There was no third person, I had asked about this as far as pricing... was told depending on time.. they could cut the price. They were here approximately 45 minutes and there was no price cut. The employee did offer to fix the dents they added to the wall, which was nice. I did call the "boss" Corey about a couple of scratches in the wood floor. He did respond via text, to "send pictures".
