Very friendly and professional. They kept in communication with me every step of the. I hired them to tear down and dispose of an old 8x10 shed. Not only did they get rid of the shed but, they went the extra steps to make sure they yard where the shed was now had fresh soil, was leveled off, and was seeded for new grass to grow with a layer of hay on top. These guys go above and beyond. Definitely keeping them in mind for future projects and will absolutely recommend them to anyone that may need their services!

Darby, the business owner provided me with a very fair price quote for my project. He kept in contact with me prior to arriving. He arrived early and worked steadily. Darby is very conscientious and thorough. I would certainly hire him again for future projects.

They completely misrepresented what they said they would deliver. The raised the final cost of the soil and the cost of delivery from what they originally quoted. The shorted the product by more than half. They made excuses of the amount siting the weight of the soil. I paid twice as much as what was fair for what I recieved. They knew it. They said they would reimburse me for what I felt they should have delivered. I paid them what they ask Jeff or to avoid confrontation. It was hard to tell how much they had in their trailer until they dumped it. I paid $250 for a yard, one ton of top soil. I have since received 5 yards or 5 tons from Landy shade for $190. The difference in the piles are astonishing.
