M & M Chem Dry

We had several high traffic areas in our house that hadn't been chemically cleaned for several years. We wanted a "dry" cleaning process, and a firm that was located nearby. We contacted Mark at M&M by phone. Mark provided quite a bit of information over the phone. He came out and looked over the job and discussed in detail his cleaning process and how he runs his business. We came to agreement on job size (square feet) , price and date for the work to be done. On the day of the cleaning Mark arrived on time and prepared to work. He worked diligently and at a good pace. We were pleased with the results. This cleaning was a good value for the money and we would hire M&M again.

Mark from M&M Chem Dry was very nice, personable and professional. Explained what he was doing and why he was doing it that way. Gave us great tips on what to do about certain stains when they occur. Price was very reasonable for hallway, living room and dining room carpet cleaning, plus one recliner. Punctual and great job overall. We are repeat customers and will be calling him in on a yearly or semi-yearly basis.

Mark explain the Chem Dry process and did an estimate over the phone based on my measurements. On cleaning day, he came in and measured, discussed optional treatments, wrote up a detailed price and got agreement before starting work. Carpets came out looking great. He's knowledgeable, thorough, and interested in ensuring a happy customer.

It went very well. I emailed Mark through his Chem Dry website and he called me a few days later (Friday the 17th). When he called we discussed any lingering stains on the floor and we discussed pricing. We set up an appointment for the following week and he gave me a two hour time frame in which he would arrive. He gave me a call when he was 20 minutes out so that I would exactly when to expect him. When he arrived he came in, looked through the apartment and measured it. He then got his equipment and went straight to work. He was quick and efficient at giving the entire apartment the cleaning it needed. He was also very friendly and informative regarding the Chem Dry processes. If i were staying in the area, I would definitely use his services again, and recommend that others use M&M Chem Dry!

Very professional and did a great job of removing several nasty pet and kid stains from the carpet of a home we just purchased. Even without opting for the extra add-on options, was impressed with how the carpets looked. Mark took the time to explain everything and go over stubborn stains. Scheduling the service was hassle-free.
