I can not attest to the quality of work on the roof but the service was terrible. There was very little communication from the owner. He didn’t respond to texts or calls. He didn’t show up for scheduled meeting multiple times. The gutters where installed incorrectly and I had to hire another party to fix. Awful experience.

This sham company replaced a rubber roof on our second floor balcony. It took over 2.5 months for the job to be complete after we were told a 2 week start time. After 2 weeks of the job's completion we had water leaking into our home and noticed that they damaged our gutters and that the roof was starting to lift off the wood below. We reached out and they came out to try and fix it but they could not, but while trying to fix it they added so much off color sealant to the roof that it looks TERRIBLE and is not what we paid for. After saying the would refund our money the owner said he would come look at the job, he never did and they stopped responding. We tried mediation through the attorney general without success and went to file a claim with the courts and the address on their contract and license are not actually their addresses so they could not be served with court papers. This is a sham company and people should be warned!!!

It took them 2 months to do the roof, which is a very long time. My husband had to finish installing a skylight, which we had paid for them to do. We also had to set up the gutter install with another company because they were dragging their feet. Communication was terrible with this company. I was promised a detailed estimate and it was never given to me. Don't hire this company!!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!!

The leak continued. After several attempts at contacting Larry he came back and attached two pieces of some material to patch and it didn't work. He also neglected to re-attach gutter correctly and install wood facia boards, leaving wood exposed to the elements. Again attempted to contact him, leaving many messages and texts. He gave a 20 year material warranty and a 10 year labor warranty. Totally unprofessional and unethical.

First of all the initial repair was made when it was nearly dark. Because this did not solve the problem he was called a total of 5 times. We have 5 spots on our ceiling to prove it. Anyway on the fifth time he asked how my husband was that day. He said "frustrated beyond belief" The fellow took his ladder and walked away and refused to try again, My 19 year old grandson finally fixed the problem.

There was a lot of rain in the work period, but they responded with temporary fixes until the rain stopped long enough to get the work done. They were very busy with calls during that time, but our project was always given a high priority. I was impressed with the integrity of the owner who continued to work on the roof until the job was complete even when it turned into a bigger job than originally estimated. Payment was in three draws, 1/3 at contract signing, 1/3 at materials delivery and 1/3 at project completion.

I noticed a leak around my attic window in February. Larry and his team from Leak No More were called and came out mid-February 2011 to assess the issues. After an inspection they found that the lwer portion of the roof above the attic was leaking and the gutter had also not been afixed in the correct position. A contract was drawn up and a deposit made. They came out to fix it in the next few days and the rest was paid. Within a week of the time of repair water was coming in again but worse this time. Larry was called out again and it was discovered that the leak was further up on the roof and now I needed a rubber roof put on. When I asked how much he stated that it would be no cost because they had made the mistake and not found the real issue the first time. He stated he would not be able to get to it right away but would come by and put a tarp ont he roof. It is now 4/26/11 and there is still a tarp on the roof and it has yet to be fixed. An e-mail was sent to larry on 3/20/11 asking for a tentaive timeline. A response came from Larry on 3/21/11 stating that he would get to it as soon as the weather cleared up. A second e-mail was sent to Larry on 3/28/11 and the response was sent on 3/29/11 stating that the weather had them behind. A third e-mail was sent to Larry on 4/17/11 (Sunday) stating that the issue was getting worse and a same day response was received stating that they would be there on Tuesday or Wednesday. The last e-mail's were sent on 4/26/11 and 5/2/11 asking when they would be out. No response has been receivied yet. At this point the plaster inside is literally melting and the tarp has since blown off the roof. Update as of 6/19/11: All e-mails have been ignored and they have not contacted me since 4/17/11. Moved forward with a BBB complaint in early May and as of today the company has not responded to the BBB either. The provider response you see on 5/11/11 is the only contact that has been made (albeit indirectly) to me. I haven;t received any personal calls or e-mails.

They showed up in the time frame they promised. Roof has not leaked since.

We had a roof leak and called 2 roofers before we3 called Leak No More. The first roofer gave us a figure that was 3 times more than Leaf No More. He said it would take half a day. It took around 2 hours or maybe a little less for Leaf No More. The other roofer we called said he doesn't do repairs only complete roofs. Leaf No More came out looked at the job. Gave me a verbal estimate, came back later that day and did the job and kept to their VERBAL estimate. Their workers were extremely pleasant and respectful. I cannot say enough good about this company. I will have do my whole roof if I am still in the house.
