I have contacted the company and we have agreed on the schedule and pricing. the schedule was supposed to be on Tuesday but nobody was showing up, so I called the company and asked them if someone will come to do the job for me, and Meg apologized and told me that she should have called up the night before, and informed me that they just finishing up with a work that morning and they will come after they finish the work, then I called back, because nobody was calling me up on what time or when are they coming to do the work. there was 3 jobs on schedule that day, So I was feeling bad about them not informing me that they weren't coming, and so I decided to tell Meg, that there's no way that they are going to finish 3 jobs that day, so I told them to just forget about the whole thing and I will just look for another company to do the job.

I am a repeat customer. the work was completed as promised and I am very happy with the results.

Their quote for the job was in line with the other two we got. They did a very good job. The crew returned to patch a small area of our lawn where they accidently killed the grass (not by chemicals.)

Meg was right. Eric did a fantastic job. It took over five hours to do everything and Eric went above and beyond in everything he did. It was as if he were doing his own home. We couldn't be happier with the results. The below pictures show the deck after it was powered washed. I am almost finished staining the deck - it looks great for a 30 year old deck (installed in 1987). Thanks Meg and Eric for a job well done!

I had rehired Keystone Mobile Wash in the summer of 2016 to clean and stain my deck because of the outstanding job they had done for me several years ago. The second time they did the job, it was awful. They showed up late to the first appointment for cleaning the deck. When they stained the deck, they did not use the agreed-upon stain and the job was spotchy and have done. I called and complained. They came back (a month later) and restained the deck. Overall, the job took 2 months to complete and was done very unprofessionally. The price I paid (over $800) was not worth it. I will not use them again.

Eric and Meg are very nice people to deal with...Eric did a wonderful job. They were simply awesome.

Eric arrived on time and we discussed the project. He took pictures and gave me an initial estimate. The formal estimate arrived by email a day later. We agreed on a price and the job was completed a few days later. I am very happy with the results.

Everything went well at the beginning, that is setting up appointment, getting a well documented estimate, eventually setting up an app't due to weather concerns-you can't stain a deck unless you have dry warm conditions. The work itself seemed to go well, or so I thought. The deck floor was to be roughed and then 2 coats applied since that area on a deck gets most of the wear and tear.Everything looked good until this March, 2015 when I noticed the deck floor is peeling, and continues to peel in several spots. It is very disappointing since the reason I hired a professional was to avoid these types of issues. I contacted Keystone and explained the problem. They indicated they would stand by their work and set up an app't for someone to come out and redo the areas that were peeling. This was done and the peeling areas look much better. However now other areas have started peeling-not as bad as the previous ones but I guess I didn't expect any peeling at least for the first year. Anyway Keystone seems to be a good company with good customer service but I question if deck staining is one of their strong points.

We are very pleased with the service we received. When the owner visited to assess our needs, she did a thorough job explaining the entire process to our satisfaction. On the scheduled day the crew arrived on time, worked diligently to completely wash the front porch. When they finished all the grime from years of heavy traffic was gone and the paint work was sparkling almost like new!

The owner takes customer service very seriously. She spoke to me at length & was more than professional, she was incredible.

They did great work, the price was a little high in my opinion, but they did everything they said they would and it looked great. The house looked good.

Purchased powerwash cleaning service with an Angielist's coupon. The provider contracted me over the phone and I described what I needed to be cleaned and sent them some images through email. They showed up on the expected day and powerwashed as expected. For the price I paid with the coupon, I felt it was well worth it.

They did an outstanding job and would recommend them to anyone.

The Angie's service site worked well and the service provider was excellent. We simply decided that the change in weather would make scheduling this service any time soon unworkable. We agree to reapproach scheduling next spring.

Staff was very professional and explained everything in detail. Shared concerns regarding painting due to low temperatures. Agreed to perform service only if weather and temps warranted good results.

The project took too long to complete. Excuses made as to why the job was taking too long. Had to contact them several times to correct things. Deck stain peeled before in less than a year's time.

My wife and I have consulted Angie's List many times and Keystone Mobile Wash was highly rated and recommended. We called their office and spoke to Megan and explained what we wanted to do with our home, which was built in 1995. Megan came to our house within a couple of days, took pictures of the house and deck, and made informed recommendations. We felt like we were talking to a family member instead of a contractor. What a great personality down to earth experience. A contract was agreed to and Megan and Eric, the second half a great team, completed the work to our complete satisfaction. They both worked tirelessly and meticulously . They took great pride in their work and it showed. We would highly recommend Megan and Eric and their company Keystone Mobile Wash. You can add an A+ rating to this Angie's List company because of the personality of its' owners.

They were very timely and professional. Very attentive to reviewing the completed areas for satisfaction. Also follow up to confirm that job was done to expectation.

We were contacted almost immediately and the work was scheduled and completed within days. They were here so quickly, didn't think to move the furniture and umbrella. They moved and replaced it without a word. Our deck looks great, they also washed a pergola that is covered with wisteria and grape vines without damaging the plants. That was a nice surprise, as was the cushions I think they also cleaned and possibly a clothes line pole nearby. We are very happy with the entire experience and are hoping they will return to seal the deck with the same terrific work. Highly recommend and enjoyed the quick response and friendly communication.

Great. First I got an estimate and the gentleman who came out to do the estimate was polite, nice, quick and thorough. He insisted on walking around to the back of the house and not coming through my house. I honestly don't mind either way but i appreciated how conscientious he was. On the day of the cleaning they said they would be there after 3pm, they ended up arriving closer to 5pm, but when we called to make sure we had the right date we were quickly answered and informed about the ETA of the powerwasher. The gentleman who washed the house was also quick (but thorough) and efficient. We definitely will be using Keystone again, although I wish the qoute to do the whole house had been a little bit lower because I would have loved to get the whole house done this year (but the qoute was comparable, and in fact slightly lower, then other qoutes we had received, we just weren't willing to pay for the whole house at this time).

They seemed very helpful, receptive, they were very fair and they seemed to be very professional.
