Keystone Mobile Wash

Description of Work: I had my townhouse and deck pressure washed and my deck sealed and stained. I was very pleased with everything.

Description of Work: I had Keystone power wash my deck, replace warped boards & stain it. I've lived here for 7 years & this was the first time the deck had been treated since I've been here. Eric came to give me an estimate the very same day he returned my inquiry call. I was very impressed by this & the quote he gave me to do the project. He was also very helpful with the suggestions he made regarding my stain choices since the lower portion of the deck surrounds an in ground pool. He got started the following week and the deck was looking great! Unfortunately, the weather wasn't too cooperative (rain) so finishing the deck was delayed. When the weather improved, I still waited a while for them to complete the project--which was frustrating. They had unhooked the safety cover from the pool, so this remained unhooked for the entire time of the delay, allowing debris into the pool & also delaying the opening of the pool until after the staining was completed. I corresponded with Eric & Meg by e-mail during this time & they were prompt with their responses. When they had finished, there were some issues I had with the final work (buckling boards, a bench that was left unstained). I e-mailed Eric & he did come over to correct these issues. Overall, I am pleased with the work Keystone did. The deck certainly does look better than it did. I would have liked the project to move more quickly, but I do live in a different county than the business. Eric & Meg were both very easy to deal with. I would recommend Keystone to others.

Description of Work: From initial phone call to completed work, this company is TOP NOTCH! I would definitely use them again. Superb customer service, which is so refreshing.
