Keystone Mobile Wash

All aspects of this job were professionally done to my complete satisfaction. Work completed includes as follows: washed exterior of house to include vinyl and brick and was careful not high pressure brick since recently sealed. washed gutters. washed sidewalks. washed deck. stained deck. All of the work above was completed on time and with no damage to plants, house etc.

Keystone Mobile Wash was excellent! I contacted the company on Tuesday, 4/15/2014, to inquire about pressure washing services to our entire home, driveway, sidewalks, and backyard patio slab. I left a voice mail, and Meg promptly returned my call. I explained that my husband and I were off work on Friday, 4/18/2014, and I didn't know if any places were available to do this type of job on such short notice. Meg came out the very next day, surveyed our entire home and walkways, took lots of pictures, and told me she would get back to me with an estimate. Well, that same evening, she emailed me a detailed estimate, including breakdown of services and cost. I called her back the next day, and she was able to make arrangements for someone (actually her husband, Eric) to come out on Friday, 4/18/2014, to do the job. Eric, her husband and co-owner of the company, was the person to come out to perform the work on 4/18/2014. He was very kind, even showed us the equipment, and explained the work he was going to perform. He spent a total of between 4-5 hours I believe pressure washing everything. He even cleaned a small brick retaining-type wall on the side of our property. We opted for the Plex-Master covering to be applied to our house, and he did this as well. He worked very hard and efficiently. At the completion of the job, Eric told my husband and I that normally a pass or two gets the job done, but our house required a few extra passes in some areas, as it was very soiled. He had us walk around our home to look at the job, and it looked absolutely wonderful! What a difference! That evening, Meg sent a follow-up email to thank us for our business. Meg and Eric did a wonderful job. I couldn't recommend them more. Very honest and efficient. Excellent communication with the customer. We WILL be using Keystone Mobile Wash for all of our future pressure washing needs.

Everything went very well. After Meg's first visit most of the arrangements were handled by email which made the coordination very easy. All of the staff at Keystone Mobile Wash do quality work, from the talking about what the customer wants, to the delivery of a reasonable estimate to the professionalism of the technicians that visited the house to do the work. They should take pride in the way they work. The additional work on the handrails on our deck were included in the cost shown above. I'm pretty sure that just the house cleaning and deck staining would have been less, but other estimates I got, that did NOT include the repairs, were in the same range as what I paid. That means that the price I paid is a very reasonable price.

I contacted Meg Sterner, co-owner of Keystone Mobile Wash to schedule an appointment for an estimate of the work I wanted them to perform. I was amazed at the amount of time Meg spent with me, her knowledge of the business and suggestions she had to complete the job. Meg took pictures of the residence to show to her husband, Eric Sterner, owner of the business. This assisted them when preparing the amount of work and time it would take to complete the job. I received the estimate of the work to be done and was pleased with the price to do everything I wanted done. I scheduled an appointment and within a week all services were complete. Both Meg and Eric arrived on time and I was happy with the end result. My house looked brand new!!!! I would highly recommend their services to friends and family. I will definitely use their services in the future. Job well done!!!!!

Eric came to my townhouse and took pictures of the areas that needed addressed. A few days later, he emailed me an estimate along with the pics. Once I agreed to have the work completed, Meg contacted me to schedule the power washing which was done by Eric on a Tuesday. Staining had to be scheduled for a week later due to the grass cutting schedule at my complex. It was a pleasure doing business with Eric and Meg. They truly care about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction is definitely their number one priority. Another plus was the fact that the price listed on the estimate was lower than two other estimates I had received from other companies. My deck looks awesome and I'm thrilled with the results! I would recommend Keystone Mobile Wash to anyone in need of power washing and staining.

The vinyl washing went very well but as they were washing the parging they removed some of the dirt around the foundation. This would allow water to go down the foundation wall. We called Keystone and were assured that they would add some dirt where it was removed by the pressure washing machine. We left for vacation the next day and were gone approx a month. The hole along the foundation was not was not filled while we we were gone after assurances from the owner. There are some black marks on the vinyl that we do not remember seeing before we left. We will call the owner again about our problem and are sure she will fix it. Keystone is comind this Thursday to correct the problems.

I was very pleased with the work performed by Keystone. They cleaned my house, which is sided in vinyl, and they cleaned both of my decks, which are made of a composite material. Both looked terrific when Keystone was done. I saw some places on the house where there were drips of dirty water that showed on the siding, so I called, and Keystone did swing by to take care of them. I liked that I dealt with the business owners both in person and on the phone, and they were professional and very nice. I have recommended Keystone to one of my neighbors, and I plan to use their services again.

The owner, Eric Sterner came to the house and talked to me about what I wanted, took some pictures and sent an estimate via e-mail. After deciding to go with Keystone, Megan contacted me to schedule a date. She had to reschedule starting time and date because of the extreme heat that week. Chris arrived close to the agreed upon start time and went over the job specs with me. Discussed possible problems with washing aluminum siding. Process took slightly over 3 hours. After the initial wash, we inspected the results and I pointed out a couple of areas that looked like it needed more work. He went back and treated those areas again. He used low pressure wash for the aluminum siding. Most siding surfaces were noticeably cleaner, but there ware some areas that appeared darker, probably because the pigment had been oxidized.. Considering that it has been possibly decades since it was last cleaned, I was satisfied with the results. Megan followed up with a call to check on the results and inquire about our satisfaction with the,job. They were the most expensive of the estimates, but the experience was entirely professional and worry-free. I would recommend Keystone Mobile Wash to neighbors.

tThey arrived on time. Completed the job promptly without a hitch. They did not disturb the flower beds that surround the house. The price was very reasonable and the overall quality of the work was excellent.

Very professional. Meg explained everything in detail, and I received a professional estimate. There was a small delay in completing the staining of the deck, but overall service was good. Would use them again.

Totally professional. Meg is great and stayed in concact every step of the way. We added some work along the way and it was done promptly and professionally. Our brick had years of grime, some mildew, large areas of dead old ivy tendrils and tons of vegetation in the way of the workers. None of this seemed to daunt them. There was not one complaint or even a look of concern - a sure sigh they have handled this type of job before. Some tendrils would not come off even with scrubbing and some acid but we expected that. Eric answered all of my questions and addressed specific areas I was concerned about. It turned out beautifully. Our home is about 4000 square feet and two story so this was a fairly large job. Nothing was damaged during the process. Regarding the porch, it turned out that it took three visits to get all of the sealer off. It ran over the estimated cost and we have offered to pick up the cost of the extra chemicals. It was a combination of the sealer being thick and very old as well as weather. Eric did do a test spot, which came off easily, before providing the estimate so there was no way to know it would be so tough. My only feedback to them was that one of the visits for the porch was done on a cold wet day which I felt was not the right conditions for using the chemical stripper. I waited a long time to find the right company to do this work. I knew it would be a bit pricey due to the size of the home and the conditions of it mentioned above. But this isn't the kind of thing a smaller scale pressure washing company can do well, and certainly not with a homeowner type pressure washer (which we own). I am thrilled with the work, and more importantly, with their level of professionalism and customer service.

The office was very prompt in coming to our home to look over the situation. Within a day, they power washed the deck. When it was thoroughly dry after a few days, stain was applied. The deck is beautiful. It was a good experience !

They were responsive and professional. The estimate was presented professionally with pictures and description of scope of work. The workers were courteous and very professional. We were very pleased with the power washing and the staining. Everything looks great! I would recommend them to anyone looking for power washing and deck staining.

Let me first say, Keystone Mobile Wash is a high quality firm from beginning to end. I called to get an estimate and spoke with Meg. I did not expect to have to be there when they did the estimate like the other two firms I got estimates from but Meg was pretty insistent on meeting me to discuss the work to be done. We met at my home a few days after I placed the call. She arrived with the firm's owner. He was pretty quiet. Meg did most of the talking. We walked around my house and discussed what I wanted washed. She took several pictures of the worse spots on the house. The north side of the house had a lot of green mildew top to bottom, side to side, as well as a few other spots around the house. Meg did upsell a product called Plex Master for $39 that is sprayed over the entire house and windows to reduce the buildup of dirt and mildew in the future. She said that it will make it easier to wash off the dirt and mildew in the future with a regular garden hose sprayer. I am skeptical but both insisted that it was a very good product and they had seen good results. So I bought it. Maybe later in the summer I can test it out and see if the stuff really works. Wasn't very expensive considering what I was going to spend any way. I believe I got Meg's estimate later that night by email. It included a 10% discount for being an Angie's list member. Keystone's estimate was about $100 less than the other two estimates and included more work than the others were going to do. e.g. the paint stripper on the front porch, the Plex Master, the back concrete patio, and possibly the screens. Neither of the other two firms mentioned the screens. So based on the outstanding references on Angies list and the lower cost, the decision was a no brainer.....Keystone Mobile Wash. The worker arrived on time about 9am and worked continuously without any break till about 12:30pm. Very nice guy. Wish I could remember his name. He was friendly and did a great job for me and for his company. Good hard worker. He worked from the ground with an extension pole for the sprayer. He had to do a lot of scrubbing with a long handled brush, especially on the north side where all the mildew was. Overall, I was quite pleased with his work The house looks new! And that horrible north side looks so much better. I had tried twice with an electric power washer to clean that side of the house with little success. Keystone did an excellent job from top to bottom. Very pleased with their work. Highly recommend this outfit to wash your house or deck. These are not criticisms but things to keep in mind if you are power washing your house for the first time. -- They use YOUR water as I believe all the other firms do. So three hours of water usage is going to cost you some additional money on your next month's water bill. -- Probably do not expect the second story window ledges to get completely clean. That is only something that can be done from a ladder or from inside. Most of the dirt was gone; but not all of it. But all in all...I highly recommend Keystone Power Wash. Quality local company doing work for a reasonable cost.

It went very well. They were really responsive and arrived for a quote, just a few days after I contacted them. When I called to accept the quote, my job was scheduled for just a couple days later. Two employees arrived, even earlier than the scheduled time, and did a very thorough and amazing job cleaning my home. When they were done, they washed down any areas that may have accumulated soap and dirt, including my driveway. I am extremely pleased and would use their services again.

Keystone quoted me last year for this work and honored that price. They arrived at the house about 10 min early which I appreciated. They quickly got to work power washing the house. I asked them if they could clean the our bottom deck as well, even though it wasn't in the original agreement to be done that day. We agreed on a price for it and it was done. Over all I have to say Keystone was a pleasure to work with. They are flexible and accommodating . Two thumbs up!

I requested an estimate ASAP and Meg was at my house the following day. She explained what their products/procedure could and could not do. Meg explained two different alternatives for the deck but when she went back to the office she called with a third alternative that was a bit cheaper and gave me additional options that I wanted. She went above and beyond to satisfy my specific needs. Meg knew I might be out of town and that I needed it done ASAP. She got me the estimate that night, and I accepted the following day. A date was scheduled but there was a mix up and her crew did not show up. She called and immediately told me she made an error but had already contacted her crew and they were on the way to the house at that moment-and it was a Sunday! The crew came back the following day to treat the deck. There was a couple of "missed spots" and a crew member is supposed to be here today. I cannot say enough good things about this company. The integrity, honesty, professionalism, and courtesy are rare today. Errors are made because we are human, but they are rarely mentioned. She made an error, corrected it, and immediately let me know-even though i probably never would have found out! The house itself is amazing. I have had power washing done to my house before, but never with these wonderful results. The other companies have never taken the time to do the "little" areas like concrete either. I thought we might need a new deck, but it looks amazing now! Truly, this looks like a different house. Overall, I am SO pleased and would highly recommend them to anyone!

I can't say enough good things about this company. We had a prior bad experience having our home pressure washed as we had water come into our home. I expressed our concern to Keystone Mobile Wash when I scheduled our appointment for our estimate. Eric (the owner) and his associate came for our estimate and photographed several areas of concern or areas where pressure washing could cause paint to chip, etc. and also specific areas that had mold that required cleaning. Also, recommended Plex-Master which will prevent a future issue with mold and debris/dirt residue on our siding. Our siding is white which shows every small bit of mold or residue. Also, added to the estimate would be Eric (the owner) personally on-site when the services would be performed to assure we did not have water come into our home as we have had in the past with a prior company. On the day of our scheduled date of service, Monday, March 25th we had 3 inches of snow. Of course, the services could not be performed in snow. The company offered to come on Saturday, March 30th. They didn't want me to have to take another day off of work to be home for the washing. Normally, they do not work Saturday hours. What wonderful service, that really means a lot in this day and age!!! They arrived 15 minutes early and hit the project immediately. We now have the best looking house in the neighborhood! Our siding looks brand new and the Plex-Master cleaned and shined the siding amazingly! Our deck looks terrific, our patio area looks incredible. There were a few spots that were missed on the original wash, and Eric came back to clean the extra spots himself. I can't express how happy we are, I only wish I had found them sooner. I must also add the fact the guys moved several items for us while the cleaning was in process and then moved them back once completed. I've recommended Keystone Mobile Wash to several people and will continue to do so. Great customer service and a job well done!

We called, they came out for an estimate. They gave us a date and cancelled because it was windy. then they cancelled because one of their men was on vacation. Finally they said they would come if the weather was good, not too cold and not windy. If they did not come, we should contact them next spring. I would not recommend this group to anyone!

It went very well. I was very pleased.

So far Keystone has been courteous and customer oriented. They have followed up with me to on several occasions to make sure I still am looking to have the work done.

Keystone Mobile did a good job on powerwashing and staining the deck. While they could have been a bit more careful around the screens, I do plan on using them again in the spring to power wash the house.

Very good from beginning to end.
