+ -1 moreAs usual all went well. I have used this provider since 1991 and the professionalism of Larry and his staff has always been excellent. They know what they are doing and do it well. In the 22 years of using Kern Mechanical, I can not think of any negatives.

+ -1 moreThey always tend to be available the day that I need them. Their pricing seemed fair. He was familiar with the house, through the previous owners. It is a huge house with some quirks and he was familiar with the quirks.I called and they were here within an hour. They do not let me pay at time of service. They will bill me and then I pay.
Description of Work: I used Kern Mechanical to fix a leak in my humidifier in attic. They replace a temperature regulator in one of my rooms.
