Project went well. Minor delays to accomodate the installer's schedule, but overall finished on time. Loved the attention to detail and care that went into the job. When the cabinet guys came to install the cabinets they were very pleased with how level the floor was, which is sometimes a problem with tile. Installer worked well with some other trademen I had in a the same time and did a nice job cleaning up at the end of each day.

Layed tile and vinyl flooring. Was a good experience in all ways and I will call them the next time I need that sort of work done.

In a word, excellent!We first heard about Jerry's from an aquaintance whose opinion on quality workmanship and value goes unquestioned.A quick, accurate, and reasonable in store estimate, followed by an in home quote that did not change when the final bill was presented.We were permitted to take large samples home to decide on the product we liked best as well as grouting samples which surprisingly neither of which we originally thought we wanted but sure are pleased with the decision!Flooring Team arrived on time each day, were friendly and efficient, answering any questions with patience and courtesy.A project like this was expected to take several days and could have been far less convenient but very manageable especially since coordination with a Plumber (West End Plumbing) to replace a water heater in the area being floored was necessary. This process was handled with professionalism and helpfulness as well. I planned on installing a new toilet and vanity in the bath and the floor was prepared perfectly for both this and the water heater. Being in the kitchen all the appliances had to be removed as well and the Team replaced these and demonstrated how to move them about later so as not to mar the surface of the tile. I bought a thin sheet of paneling and had it cut to three sizes to do some follow-up wotrk in the bath/laundry area and to use in the future. Great tip!We plan on having our countertops replaced and am glad the floor went in first as we completely changed our mind on color after seeing the it in place.And as for the floor? Absolutely 100% pleased with the finished look.Friends and family were really impressed as are we.We would recommend Jerry's to anyone without reservation and with more upcoming carpet and tiling needs in the future there will be no other choice for us.The entire team at Jerry's Carpet gave us exactly what we wanted and more than expected. sheet of
