Walked into shop at 1:30 PM - one person behind counter. Nice looking store. Starting explaining that I was interested in installing a radio that would handle satellite and "apps" and also interested in remote start. Phone rang, person stopped me, answered phone and went through an entire discussion with another inquirer for services. Took 10 minutes. Hung up, turned to me, started the conversation again. Phone rang, the lady answered the phone and did the same thing. I walked out never to return.
