Horizon Plumbing Heating & Air

We had a leaking water pipe on our heater. They came out and looked at and refused to touch it. (Another company, Summers and Zims came later and fixed it quickly). We asked Horizon to give us an estimate to replace our house heater and install a separate hot water heater. They gave us a verbal estimate and said they would give us one in writing later that week. They never followed up. I called the salesman and left him a voice mail message asking where the written estimate was and he/they never responded. That was about two weeks ago. We called Summers and Zims and they gave us an estimate within two days.

It went well. We're very happy with their service.

They have been great. I felt the price was high. However, I have received good quality service. The service technician answered all of my questions and explained things to me.

My experience was fine. I had a misfire in the heating and a/c unit. It was not their fault and they finished the job in 3 weeks' time. They have customer related training and so they all seem to be customer friendly from the telecallers to the sales people.

Everything was going pretty well. I had to replace a couple lines in the house. They left. About two hours later, one of the lines didn't solder correctly, and my basement got flooded. I was in the middle of renovating my basement when that happened.
