The plumber was fine. The price was terrible. Be aware this company is twice the price of other ones. I only had them come out because the AC they installed 2 years ago has stopped working. The repair of the toilet included a $30 piece and 20 minutes of labor. The bill was just under $300.

Thye had enough people here to do it. They got it done in one day. They made sure they were working quickly.

They were out here to service an outside pump that had stopped working.They were responsive. We have a service plan with them, so they knew who we were.

The install process seemed to go very smoothly. It took them a few days and the system was in. There was a day training included that a technician walked me through the system and the thermostat. I was very excited in my new home. The whole winter went by smoothly, the heat pump did its job, and on colder days we fired up the wood stove to help it out. Then spring/summer came around and it started getting warmer. We attempted to turn on the air-conditioner to find that it did not function. This was upsetting as it took a few days to get a technician out. Once he came out, he didn't find any problems and had to schedule a follow up. On the follow up the technician found a part "came lose" on the unit in the attic and he had to zip tie it down. This concerned me that a single part could cause such an issue. Later we got a call that a part was not working properly on my new unit and they had to maintenance on it again. They came out and added oil to a motor piece that wasn't functioning properly in a lot of the new Trane units. Obviously, again, another concern point that my new $16k HVAC had two calls upon it. Since then though it has been functioning without a hitch, keeping my house nice and cool even on these extremely hot days. The technicians were always nice and polite, very informative, and thorough. Now comes the sales process. This is where I feel Haller can really improve. I was sold into this new high efficiency heat pump system and re-doing duct work throughout the house. It sounded great and it has been working after we got through some hiccups. The salesman then said I'd get all these rebates because it is a high efficiency model, up to $600 in rebates. I was very tickled to hear that as I'm doing a lot of other home improvement items and $600 can really help out. Here I am writing a review almost a year later and I still have yet to get the rebates figured out even after contacting the salesman numerous times, his manager, and the office. It is very disappointing that they will be on top of your call when you are looking to buy something, but then when the sale is done, it feels like they don't care anymore. I was hoping a local company would be different, but I have been proven wrong.

The visit was great. They came and fix the problem right away on a busy Saturday. The service workers were courteous and was ready to work. The 1st sump pump was having a problem working so they dispatched another employees to come to my house with a working sump pump.

It didn't go at all. This is a actually a second home that I own and it's in the midst of having some work done on it. I arranged for an appointment for the afternoon of October 3rd. I drove down to the house that morning as I have a couple of other errands to run. The technician was suppose to be there between noon and four. I waited and about 4:30pm called the office. The woman told me that the technician had cancelled because he had too many other appointments that day. She also asked didn't somebody call me that morning and tell me this. I said no. She had the right contact number and I had checked throughout the day to see if I missed any calls and I did not. The call log was empty. In fact the only call I had received from Haller was from the night before when an automated call confirmed the appointment for Friday. I was extremely upset. I took the day off from work and drove down there for this main purpose. I resent that companies believe that whenever they are dealing with a woman, they are dealing with a "housewife" who can easily rearrange her schedule to suit their needs because she doesn't have anything really important to do anyway. I lost a day off from work and now have to take another day off because the work still needs to be done. And I'm afraid that come November 7th I may be shunted aside again if it's more convenient for Haller to have their technician go someplace else. I understand that he may be late but to just casually cancel an appointment and not even have the decency to get on the phone and tell me gives me a lot of reasons to rethink using this company again for anything. I was going to have them put in a central air unit in the spring - in fact the man came out and gave me estimates but now I have no trust in them. I will always be thinking that they may not come and may be sitting there for hours waiting.

Begining with the sales process. The sales consultant, Otis Moore, ( I do mean consultant) came in to ask uswhat we thought we needed. We explained and then he proceeded to measure all of the rooms just to confirm that we needed to increase the capacity of our system. ( I had two other companies come out and neither took the time to measure) He then showed us our options right then with the cost estimates. He gave us options for manufactures and size of unit but did not steer us toward any particular one other than to say that he did not feel we would be happy with the 13 SEER unit. My wife and I took a couple of days as this is a big chunk of change. We called him back on Friday and he did make arrangements to see us Saturday morning. Now his pricing was the most expensive but it seemed to us that with the detail we were given about what Haller would do with the install and Otis' understanding of our needs that it would be worth the expense. Otis got us a 3 year financing deal that is 36 months same as cash. I'll take that. (I had two other major vendors give me prices neither explained the requirements for a tax credit nor had any financing options) I can't say enough about how much of an asset Otis is for Haller. Scheduling the install had a delay on our part. The grandkids were coming so the date that Haller had scheduled would not work but moving it to the next week was no problem for them. The date was Monday the 4th of August. I got a call Sunday afternoon confirming the technicians would be here at 7:30 Monday morning. The install. Well I can not say how high our expectations were. We were hoping for the best but really expecting something a little less. We didn't need to worry. There was a knock on the door at 7:30 and two of the nicest technicians were there to install our airconditioner. First thing they did was put those cloth covers on their shoes and then they asked us to confirm the order. They put down drop cloths to protect the floor and got right to work. They had all the parts and materials on the trucks and proceeded to de-install and remove our old system. They took their time so that there were no bumps or scratches on the walls or doors as they removed this thing from the attic. To get to my attic you need to go up through a little pantry way. I still am not sure how rhey got it out but they did. Then to bring the new air handler which is 1/3 times larger. Well these were two masters at tight spaces. They got to the point where they needed to do a leak test and let the unit sit overnight. Fortunately it had not been a 90 degree day and we had no problem sleeping with the windows open and the fans on for part of the night. There was a knock on our door the next day at 7 am with our guys there to finish the job. They checked the pressure and it was thje same as the night before so they began that process and installed the duct work to our sunroom. They were professional and got that done much quicker that I had expected. Right now I am a comfy guy even though the temperature is 87 outside and this is where our old system would start to struggle and never got the temperature below 78. These guys from start to finish were professionals and delivered 100+ on the promises. My wife and I both are glad that we spent the extra dollars and got it done right the first time.

They know what they are doing. They came in and did a really good job. We were happy with everything they did but I thought maybe they were a little expensive.

They removed existing AC and components and replaced with new. During installation they disconnected the heat in my finished basement at the box to install new AC component. I was never told. When winter came, I had no heat in the basement? I did not realize at the time the two were related--it was months later when we needed the heat. After months of troubleshooting I finally called an electrician in January who after 2 hours realized that it was disconnected at the box. I called and left message for the General Manager, he never returned my call. It was very disappointing, the service to this point had been very good. I had hoped for a better response. Had they explained to me what they had done, it would have been an easy fix at a later date and I would not have been so frustrated. I will use them for service as a I have an excellent warranty with my AC. I would have to have some response before I would allow them to do another new installation. I simple apology and explanation would have been great. Things happen sometimes-- it is how you respond that makes the difference. In this case, there was no response from anyone.

work took 2 days. workers effecient, professional, and kept me informed of there schedule and progress. Explained the use, care and function of system after it was installed.

Our technician was great- he was friendly, polite and didnt take shoty cuts- he made sure he explained everything as he found it. He was very knowledgable and gave us the simplified run down of the problems.

They were very professional, good at answering questions, and giving us information that we needed. They were very accommodating, and good to work with.

Haller Enterprises Inc - York returned my call and sent the serviceman within hours The repairman was very helpful with the information he had offered and did his job like he actually enjoyed it. The furnace is working efficiently and I did not mind paying the bill as much. Almost enjoyable as a matter of fact.

Everyone associated with Haller was extremely professional. In my case there were some component availability issues that delayed installation and it was all communicated openly and honestly. All of there workmanship appears to be high quality. My only complaint is that I had to have a tech come out to repair some unused wiring that had found its way into the blower. All handled very professionally, but a bother.

They put in the heating, air conditioning and plumbing in the houses in this development about 5 years ago. We haven't really shopped around for price. We have been very pleased with them. We are happy with them. We like that the person who comes out is the same one each time; it is a plus. We requested him from the first time he came out.
