OLD HOME. EXISTING ELEC CONNECTION FOR THE OLD KITCHEN STOVE WAS INADEQUATE PER CODE. HAGEN'S INSTALLED THE CORRECT CONNECTION BOX, WIRED THE NEW RANGE, INSTALLED THE NEW RANGE HOOD, AND SET IN PLACE. BECAUSE THE OLD STOVE BEING REMOVED WAS STILL FULLY FUNCTIONAL, MR HAGEN'S REMOVED THE OLD STOVE FROM THE PREMISES IN RETURN FOR HIS SERVICES.....GREATLY APPRECIATED

We were replacing carpet throughout the house and believed it might be easier to install wiring for lights by going through the floors from above while the carpet was up. We called Hagen's Electric on Sunday and left message to setup time/date to come over and give us a recommendation/ thoughts; Greg called back on Tuesday and setup a date/ time. They showed up on Wed evening as promised to accommodate our work schedules. Greg and Greg Jr. made time in their booked schedule to come over and discuss our options. They provided a quote within 48 hours via phone. Since we were tight on time to complete and Greg committed to having the job done before the painter, we did not obtain other quotes. We had a painter coming on following Wed. to start. Once we agreed on the project cost, Hagen's made time and completed the work on Monday. I did have to call Greg back in to re-brace two areas in the sub-floor. Greg promptly returned and fixed those issues. Greg and crew are very busy and generally schedule 2-3 weeks out for jobs; they pressed to get this small job done quickly so our painter could start. Very happy customer.

I was satisfied with the work. They came in and did what was requested and stayed within the estimate. They provided good service.

Overall - very unpleasant experience. No show for scheduled appointment and no follow up phone call.
