Description of Work: Called for an estimate on replacing glass on dining table. 44" round table. All they had was glass that was not tempered. Woman was quite abrupt, said she would have to get an estimate on tempered glass. She then said they could not install it or take away the old glass. Said glass would have to be picked up. They were very busy. Really could not do this job for months. Could not recommend another glass business. Just call around, she said. Very unhelpful & unprofessional. Part of the time was yelling at the workmen in the background. Basically she did nothing but annoy me.

+ -1 moreRoy who came to do the estimate was very polite, efficient, and prompt with the estimate. The estimate was considerably less than one obtained from another local glass company. The day of installation Roy and another man came to install both items. They were again very polite and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and worked quickly. We are very satisfied with the result and would definitely use them again if needed.
Description of Work: I had a beveled edged full length mirror made and installed to replace a damaged mirror and a 28" x28" B-Double window glass was installed in a second floor window where one had been cracked.
