*****4/30/20 finally responsed: Refund! A month or so later Glen did refund $200 back to me after I posted my review. I really appreciate his honesty and I hope Glen and I both learned from this event. Thanks Glenn good luck. Ray I was expecting a 2 hour job for $75 per hour. I was hoping $150 to $200 max job. He was a one man operation and did not have to tools to get the job done in a timely fashion. He did not have a tarp or wheel barrow to remove the leaves that I had. He also pulled out the existing good mulch under neath the leaves. He did a great job getting the yard clean. It took 6.5 hours to get the job done, and we paid $450! Great person, hard worker, veteran, honest, but not good for us. I should have told him to stop at 3 hours max. My mistake, but he needs to come up within better removable system. I did the same job in 3 hours last season. I used my Lawn mower cart, large tarp, trash cans, and leaf vac to do the pain in the butt job.

The owner was very polite and respectful. Did a great job cleaning gutters and some landscaping work. Also cleaned up really well.

We are extremely happy with the job done. Glen responded promptly, was on time and did a fabulous job, I would highly recommend.
