+ -1 moreOur overall experience with Furniture Finesse is excellent. Furniture deliveries are carefully handled. and if we set a piece in our house that didn't work, they take it back, no haggling.
Description of Work: We have dealt with this company for several years. What other furniture store will let you set the piece in your house (on a trial basis) to see how it looks, how well does it fit in your house, etc. Well Furniture Finesse will do that. also you can buy whatever is on the floor, no waiting several weeks for the item to be ordered and delivered, unless you choose to order it. Their customer service is always excellent and we have never been disappointed. You may find their prices to be just a few dollars more than other quality furniture stores, however, the servi ce is there, no waiting, no excuses.

+ -1 moreI took the one original seat that I had over to their store in York. They sent it out to have a new wooden seat bottom made for the one chair and two round, well padded naugahyde seat covers made in an accent color to match my new home. They called a couple of weeks after I took them there and I went over to pick them up. They looked beautiful and I brought them home and they fit into the chairs perfectly and look lovely. I did think though that the price was quite expensive considering the size of the two small cushions that were made, but as they did such a nice job of making up the cushions, I am quite pleased with them, the set looks like brand new again. I recommend them if you want a nice job done and don't mind a fairly high price.
Description of Work: I had a small cafe set, a wrought iron glass-topped table with two matching wrought iron chairs. The set was old and the seat cushions on the two chairs had totally deteriorated and one of the round wooden seat bottoms was missing. I needed to have another round plywood seat bottom made and two naugahyde padded cushions made.

window treatments
+ -1 morefrom start to finish, Susie kept in touch and also kept me informed, every step of the way----she set times to come and was always there----I knew this was going to be a good shopping experience---she followed through from the sale of, to the installation of my window treatments in good time---the whole process went very nicely~~and more importantly the end result made me very happy, my windows look better imagined---thank you Susie and Mike~~~~~
Description of Work: after finishing painting, I was searching for ideas for window treatments----I didn't know what I wanted and it took me several months to finally find Susie at Furniture Finesse---this was my turning point---she was very helpful with showing me ideas, came to my house to look at and measure my windows---and that is a very big part in this whole process, she could see just what look and function I was hoping to have for my windows!! I decided on the Hunter Douglas blinds for all of my windows and was surprised at the many, many options and combinations of fabrics and materials that were available!! I couldn't be any happier with my new window treatments and am very thankful that I happened into Furniture Finesse to find Susie----working with her was relaxed and easy and she truly works every aspect to get the look that is right for you!! Oh---and she also recommended pretty amazing painters that worked into this whole process too!!! I've always enjoyed walking through Furniture Finesse, they carry a different array of furnishings and now I would also highly recommended window treatments~~~~~~
