A few mornings ago we discovered water in the basement from and unknown source, they walked my husband through a whole house shutoff until they could arrive and worked on first round diagnostics of the possible issue. We followed their guidance and upon their return (when things were dryer lol), they were able to diagnose within a very short time and with impressive accuracy to mitigate further damage and resolve the issue once and for all. We had a fireplace leak. This guy was great. He arrived at the time he indicated and looked at the job. He indicated the job would not take long and that he could fix it during his initial visit. He repaired the fireplace gas pipe quickly and tested for leaks. He charged significantly less that all other folks who bid on the job. No one else bothered to come out and review the project. I highly recommend him.

Mr Lyod was a very nice polite and did not make you feel uncomfortable he felt like family. Take care of business I surely will pass his name and company along got right to work can't say enough nice things about him.

Fast response. Very down to earth explanation of the problem and way to fix it. We decided on hiring E&S after getting 2 other estimates. Very reasonable price and fixed the same day he came out for an estimate. Highly recommended!

Expensive and 2 of the 3 toilets still leak after they replaced the insides.

E&S Plumbing and Heating, this gentleman was very knowledgeable. Figured out the problem in a few minutes. Repaired the leak and his charge was extremely reasonable. It would have cost me that much just to get someone out to look at, then pay for the repair. Kudos to E&S Plumbing and Heating. Wish we knew about them before.
