During the planning and construction phases we strive to incorporate the absolute best quality materials on the market. The products available change daily and we make it our responsibility to be informed and advise you of the latest developments and their availability. Professionalism: All projects and customers are handled with the utmost professionalism. We provide detailed specifications, prints, and contracts. Questions are encouraged and all transactions are explained in detail. Detail: Building with an eye on detail.... has been our slogan and we continue to build on that reputation with every project. We are not satisfied until every detail is completed to our high standard. Design: We will completely design the home for you or simply guide you through your own design process. We will do what is necessary to bring your vision into a workable project. We use computer guided design software to design and add the finishing touch to a your home or project. Security: We provide a written contractor warranty for all homes and respond to warranty issues in a prompt manner. Peace of mind during construction is also very important, and we insure every project and all materials for loss. The owner, Shawn, is extremely detailed and it shows through in everything. the punch list is so small, I waited several months to share it. Very high build quality, yet knows where to chase cost out so you can still afford a great house.
