Wow...talk about your customer service!! Shannon went above and beyond when it came to ensuring I had numerous options and knew the pros and cons of each option. Shannon also was very thorough with his installation and kept things spotless! Also, ther cost of ther work, in my opinion, was very reasonable. Extremely pleased with our choice for our Hot Water Heating replacement!

The fan died on our 30 year old air conditioner so it was time to replace it the whole unit. He was able to come over the Friday afternoon I called him. The heater wasn't doing so well either, and he explained how our AC coils were added to the oil furnace as an afterthought, restricting air flow, so it made sense to replace it all. I never felt like he was just trying to upsell me. He was able to schedule us within a week, and completed the project in one day. The wires and pipes coming from the new equipment were all well dressed and anchored, showing a top level of craftsmanship. He is a one or sometimes two person operation, so you know you will always be dealing with the same guy from estimate to completion.

My encounter with Shannon Connelly of Connelly Heating and Air Conditioning began with Shannon coming to my house to give me an estimate on installing a heat pump on a basement renovation project I was planning. At that time, coincidentally, my furnace had failed and had been looked at by a different repair company who had "red tagged" the unit due to carbon monoxide danger. We were awaiting receipt of ordered parts for this $380 repair. Shannon happened to see the furnace during his estimate evaluation and knowing that this furnace had a history of heat exchanger cracking and leaking issues, (NOT the repair the other company identified), he went out to his truck and returned with a video camera, which he used to examine the interior of the furnace and showed me several cracks in the heat exchanger that were probably leaking CO into my home. The other company was simply going to replace a plastic panel on the front of the furnace. Shannon was able to work up an affordable price to replace my furnace and air conditioner, (which was at the end of it's usable life expectancy).in a professional, knowledgeable, and personable manner. Shannon arrived on schedule and replaced the furnace and a/c unit, working alone over 12 hours, (it was winter, after all), and removed the old equipment and did not leave a speck of debris. Shannon will be installing the heat pump in my basement later this week, and I'll update this review.

Shannon provided exceptional service from initial consultation to installation. He replaced a complete furnace and heat pump system. All old equipment was carefully removed from the house. The new equipment was expertly installed. Shannon tested all system components for proper operation. He spent time explaining equipment operation. He left the work area clean. He has the knowledge and experience and provided a fair price quote. Final job cost was exactly as quoted. I highly recommend Connelly Heating and Air Conditioning.

Did a great job installing new top of the line furnace for a great price

Shannon is a straight shooter. Great to deal with and very professional. He saved me a pant load of money. Definitely call this guy if you want great bang for the buck. His business associate is a great guy as well. My new furnace purrs like a kitten. Good job, well done.

Our very old furnace was about to give up on us and we had gotten a much higher estimate elsewhere for lower quality product. Thank God I found Connelly who will give you straightforward, reasonable prices and get started right away. We had a new furnace put in the very next week and everything went as planned. He also made sure he cleaned up after himself which I really appreciated!

When we needed hew heater they can out and gave reasonable estimate in a timely fashion .. and we had a new heater in a cold house the next week !

Shannon took the time to thoroughly explain the top two air conditioning and furnace candidates. He also fixed inaccurate work that had been done by other HVAC companies.

Replaced central AC and heating unit in the attic. Shannon and his coworker did an awesome job. They were very professional through out the whole job. Did a full walk around after the job was done. Will definitely hire them again to do my second unit when that one goes.
