Shannon took time away from his family to make sure that my family had heat that we needed. He explained everything he had to do, and why. His prices were highly reasonable. A wire that was hanging was bolted up so it wasn't just hanging which he didn't have to do since that isn't what he was called for. He made sure there were no faulty wires or connections after replacing our igniter. He vacuumed everything out, made sure everything was connected properly, and even talked to my two little ones while doing everything. I would highly recommend this company for any heating problems.

He made suggestions for improvement that were not a part of the job he was bidding on. He identified a wiring mistake that was preventing the system from functioning at maximum efficiency.
