I am giving Andrea a five star review because of the level of professionalism that she conducted as a buyer representative for our new home. Andrea treated our family very respectfully and really knocked it out of the park. She got exactly what we were looking for in the price range that we wanted. On the very first round of houses that she showed us, house number three hit all of the marks! She was highly knowledgeable of the Palmyra/ Hershey area and gave us a tour of the community as well. She showed us a neighborhood we had not even know to exist before. It is gorgeous.
Most importantly, even with fickle sellers, Andrea knows how to close the deal. Andrea is highly respected among her peers and her reputation with the other real estate agents is both cooperative and fair. Her peers are ready to negotiate with her because of her honesty and fairness. To her clients, her demeanor is personable and firm, but never pushy.
If that isn't enough, Andrea pointed us to a new lendor, (Fulton Mortgage) that helped us save thousands of dollars in processing fees and interest rates. The lendors had nothing but wonderful things to say about Andrea. and they went up the necessary channels to get our underwriters to expediate the process! We were treated like people and not numbers.
Lastly, Andrea pointed us to a excellent painter and worked cooperatively with the inspector that we hired. We were so thrilled to get the keys to our new house yesterday, and are very grateful for Andrea and her efforts!
